Hello, could you please give us a link to the payout structure tables for these new tournaments, or tell the 888 website admin to post them at the site if they're not there yet? The page with the Blast rules currently isn't mentioning the $100 nor 'fast' games at all, and neither are 888's Russian mirror sites.

I find it very sad that you kinda do not enter this discussion other with the typical phrase "I will send this issue over".

I have brought this aspect to your attention about 9 months ago, even per pm.
And it seems there is no interest to fix this situation.

That results in in customers who do not want to break 888-rules to either break them or like me to stop playing snap for the most part which results in a lower overall volume at 888.

The situation is currently following:
1.) 2 of the 3 most popular and common user DB-tools do offer Huds at snap.
2.) Only for HM2 is not available, but there are programs out who would make a hud visible.
3.) 888 does not want to make it 10% clear , apparently, if a Hud on snap is now forbidden or not
4.) Imo 888 cannot deny ppl using Huds at snap, apparnetly

-> Hence imo 888 should make a Hud also for HM2 possible to not put HM2-customers in comparison to customers who use one of the 2 other popular tools , at a disadvantage.

It is a very frustrating and unfair situation + the fact that 888 does seemingly not really care about that unfairness is to be honest difficult to accept

Does 888 offer now a 2step-log-in-methode/authentication?

I have read something about this on one of the last pages, but was not sure if that was related to the client itself.

I haven't played in a while. Is the update really that disastrous? Is there any way for me to launch the client without it updating? How has 888caption been affected?

Speaking of specifically Blast, I regret to inform you that using a HUD there has always been legal as per 888Rep's confirmation given on August 7:

...and that the PT4 HUD has been working well with Blast without any extra tools since an August update.

The absence of a Blast HM2 HUD is to be blamed on the HM2 team, there are no legal obstacles to making such a HUD.

CH_ tags in the HUD panels no longer work because there's now no built-in chat at the tables (there's only detached chat); instead of them, TL_ tags should be used. Otherwise, the latest version of 888Caption works fine with the latest version of the 888 client.

The main change in 888's last update has been a revamp of the table layout. The built-in chat has disappeared; the betting buttons have been moved from the right to the centre; if the table size is less than 640x461, then not all the buttons are displayed (e.g. the 'Open / Play identical' button isn't, and I don't like this fact).

The following method for this has been invented by LikeAA - the author of 888Caption. I haven't tested it because I don't mind auto-updates.

Create a file with the .reg extension (LikeAA's original file was called 888_resetUpdate.reg and is available for download here [click the download icon at the top right] in case you don't mind random-looking links) with the following code:This .reg file should be run (by double-clicking) before every launch of the client. Use it at your own risk - there have been incidents where players had their 888 accounts blocked for using it and automatically unblocked only after they installed the new version of the client and logged in through it.

Regarding 2 level authentication, we do offer this now.

In order to enable the feature, players should
1. Go to my profile > My account > Personal details > Change password
2. Click the check box reading enable strong authentication
3. Save
Upon next login, once password is entered players will have another field with the extra password needed. This password will be sent to them by email, and will be their 2nd password if they login again during the next 3 hours (a new 2nd level password will not be emailed until 3 hours have passed).
Players should take into account that currently this feature is only supported on desktop clients so players who enable it will not be able to use it via their mobile device.

there isn't a single table loading, no cash, no sit&go no tournament, neither in the real money or play money.
