You will be able to view their HH via My Profile – Game History, but unfortunately you will not be able to recover HH that was not saved to your computer as files.

888 Rep, I've been away for a couple months, fired up 888 today and tried to deposit, as soon as I click on the Cashier the client closes. Tried multiple times, same thing, it exits every time.

Have you decided that I'm a degenerate and must be excluded?

The 888 android app doesnt work on my tablet (Samsung Tablet S3 LTE 32gb, OS: Android Nougat). The app keeps telling me to hold my tablet in "landscape format", which I did.

But nothing happens, I cant access the lobby.

Do I have to clear the bonus I buy at the story with my points or is it an instant cash prize ?

Your staff told me its an instant prize but in the bonus tab, it says that my bonus money is ''restricted''

Although the entertainment level was high, Hall says that it was all about proving her poker skills and making some money at the same time.

Well I received an email with the response:

I would like to advise you that restrictions have been placed on your sports account which will unable you to take part in our sports promotions or place bets with us. This was a trading and management decision. Unfortunately we are not informed why the restrictions have been placed, we can only advise of the restrictions and that there will be no change in the matter. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

But why!? And...

What happens to the Sports Free Bets I won on my 888poker Scratchcards? I still have a $25 Free Bet to use.

I will just lose my reward?

Can't you change my Free Bets to Poker Bonuses or something?? Or the idea is really to keep giving me the Sports Free Bets because I can't use them??
