888Rep, I installed the client on a new 4K laptop. (Win 10) Every time I run it everything is super small. (loading screen, lobby etc) It's impossible to play. I tried different % scaling and nothing works. Any Ideas?

Have you tried to change the resolution by right clicking the desktop and choosing properties there you can adjust the resolution to suit.

last 2 days i saw a very bad tendency: at least 2 regs, who were sitting and starting games, now have began to use auto-seat script.

It could be 1st "ring" for 888 for not punish scripters.

Also, please fix the sound problem. When adjusting the 888 client sound level in Windows mixer, the 888 client automatically resets it to max volume as soon as it's my turn to act. This sound issue has been there for years and still hasn't been fixed.

The issue of controlling the volume with some versions of windows requires an infrastructural correction which will unfortunately only be completed towards the end of the year.

I stack tables, but the new sngs that open come to the front of the stack and interrupt my playing, same with the sngs that finish and close.

How can I fix this please?

Have you tried GAME SETTINGS then tick the FLASH THE TASKBAR option as that should solve it for you.

That works but kind of defeats the purpose of having a 4k laptop. Especially because all other poker clients and software work fine. Is there an actual solution to this?

just loled at this screen. "currently no available tournaments". well, just give more tickets as rakeback for tournaments which doesnt even exist

That setting just makes the taskbar window flash? The sngs still jump to the front of the stack (and get in the way) when starting (opening) or finishing (closing).

Any ideas?

Ive seen recently what I think is a script. Rec sits and instantly a reservation is made, once rec buys in, player will cancel reservation and instantly reseat as if it was a "new player" taking the seat. Keep a look out for this please.

hey guys. I had to switch computers because my other laptop no longer worked. I installed 888poker on the new laptop but i believe all my original configurations are gone. Is there a way to have my configurations just like it was on my other computer? Or did i need to save certain log files etc? I did copy files from my old computer to the new one but not sure if any 888poker files are saved or not.

Are you using a third party aid ie hud etc as these aids can interfere with this issue sometimes as we had a few posts in the past regarding this.

These games are available on a scheduled time daily or weekly and once you check it out you will see what I mean.
Look under the Poker Clkub and the All tabs in the poker lobby and you will see the times.

No sorry as once it works correctly with the right resolution there is no other options that we can do.

Most of these serve a purpose and are a help to players but no there are currently no way to stop them but I will forward your feedback on for you.
