Just a couple of suggestions for Blast games.

Why does a third place get paid in x10 Games? For example in a 5USD 50USD game first place gets 30usd, second 12,5usd, third 7.5USD. In this case third place should not get anything at all and it should be like 35USD for first and 15USD for second.

4th place should only get paid in the top multiplayer games, 3rd place shouldn't get paid in x10, it should get paid starting x30-50.

Second place should also get paid less in x5 games for example, it should only get the mone back. In other words, first place finishers are not getting paid enough at the moment, they need a slight increase.

Second, add more limits, add a 2usd or a 3usd limit and a 10/15 usd limit. This will help people to adjust to limits according to their bankroll.

- I reached level 10 yesterday, shouldn't I be granted a "scratch card" or is that only when level 10 is completed (meaning actually level 11) ?

- I can't see BLAST games at all. I thought it was because my client didn't auto-upgrade so I tried downloading latest software on your website but still can't see them... any idea why it could happen ?

The level showing in your players club means that you have already reached that level and are eligible for all the extra benefits (if any) of that level showing . eg: if your player club says 'level 10' - complete this level and win 30 gold coins, you are officially a level 10 player and are completing challenges to become level 11.

You really cannot detect those till they crash and lose like a hundred games in a row?

Keep restarting the client and letting it download and install incremental updates (which will be happening not on every launch but on every other launch), until you see a 'BLAST' tab in the lobby to the right of the 'SNAP' one.

888Rep, please tell your programmers that they should really consider giving the poker client the ability to check for update availability at the beginning of every launch and install the latest available update, not incremental updates one by one, or at least install all the needed updates in the same run, even if the user hasn't launched the client for long and has missed a few previous updates. It's the 21st century now, after all. (Internet connections in your main markets are mostly broadband now and thus the download time has become negligible in comparison with the installation time, which is utterly long at 888 for some reason.)

By accident, I had the 888 client installed since the start of the year - to observe the lobby (the royal jackpot size) without creating an account - and had to relaunch it about 10 times this night and let it update itself about 5 times before the BLAST tab finally appeared.
