This. Let's get both stronger passwords and RSA tokens. I'd be more than happy to pay a reasonable amount for an RSA token. It's one of the reason I keep the bare minimum in my account.

I played a hand last night where it was me and another reg in the pot and it got to the river. I checked, it looked like he bet $1 then all the money went to me without me clicking call or anything. In the hand history, it said i checked, he bet $1 and the checked aswell lol. Only thing is, i didn't get to see his hand for some reason. I had a pretty good hand also.
I wanted to email support, but looks like it's down atm :-\

I found another bug/error:

Tournament #36230487, a satellite. It started and then after 2 minutes of waiting to be seated, it said it will start in 4 minutes. The time kept going backwards, increasing to 5 and 6 minutes. This is just not acceptable.

What is going on? Am I trapped in a time/space anomaly or is 888 joking?

I thought this could be it, but even now there are Belgians still there playing on the main site. I think something that big they would have to send out an e-mail to their customers, whereas I got nothing at all.

I received an email to try the android beta test; downloaded it and tried it a bit. However, now there doesn't seem to be any way to log out of the android client, and I can't log in anywhere else while logged into the mobile. An email to support has gone unanswered. Any suggestions, rep?

Has anyone else had any problems depositing on 888 this way?

I attempted to deposit $1000 into my 888 account using this method. I really wish I hadn't. The payment assistant used by Citadel to set up the payee details and complete the transfer was flagged as a virus by my internet banking services (Nat West). The deposit did not go through and shows as declined in my cashier history. My internet banking services were suspended and then terminated due to the fraud risk.

After phone calls to my bank, I re-registered to their internet banking services and was able to access my bank a/c info - only to find that the $1000 (£663, nice rip-off exchange rate btw) had been taken from my bank a/c by 888 despite the deposit being declined. I phoned 888 support. The nice lady was very apologetic, and could do no more for me than to explain that it could take "up to 4 to 7 days" for the declined deposit to be credited back to my bank a/c.

I am pretty pissed off atm to say the least. Now instead of playing poker on 888, I'm sweating $1000 I've got stuck in the banking ether.

It's very unlikely that I'll be attempting to re-deposit on 888 if and when I get my money back. 888 just lost thousands of dollars in potential rake from a player who played 1.5 million hands at 25NL+ last year. PokerStars may have tough games, but in 5 years playing there my online poker experience in terms of moving money around and customer service has been perfect. Lesson learned not to trust any site except Stars, hopefully the only thing it will end up costing me is a few wasted hours.

I note there's a 2p2 username, "888Rep" with an official undertitle. If you read this, I'd appreciate an explanation as to why 888 offers a deposit method that doesn't work and is flagged as a virus by my online banking. I'd also like to know why a declined deposit is even taken from my bank a/c in the first place - and once it has been, why is not instantly credited back? Where is the money?

At the very least, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the matter with someone more senior than the friendly (but not particularly well-informed or confidence-inspiring) customer service operatives I've encountered so far; if your company has any interest in salvaging your reputation in my eyes and getting some of my business, please get in touch.
