This sounds like what happened to me a few weeks ago, my 888 account is US$ and my moneybookers account is US$, when I tried to make a $200 deposit from MB they exchanged the $200 to Canadian currency for some reason which worked out to be $212CAD. What they took from my MB account was $212US. I don't know if I ended up getting $200US or $212US in my 888 account, I'll definitely be keeping a closer eye on it next time.

I'd have to imagine there's some kind of firewall/security thing going on with your system. Updating FF as suggested may help. I run FF and have no problems.

I'll mention to the tech guys in case there have been other reports.

You should have received an e-mail quickly with a coupon for the Store to place your order. I know of players who have received their LG prizes weeks ago from the first tourney.

The e-mail with your coupon code may have gone to your junk. I'd check there first. If there is nothing, definitely rip off an e-mail to support with the tourney ID/date and get them to send you another code. (Or PM me your account name, and the same info and I'll do it).

SnG's are constantly monitored to determine which tables are playing well and where offerings can be expanded. I'll inquire into how the cam tables are performing.

That being said, from my own personal observation, if the cash tables are any indication, the demand for higher limit cam tables is limited.

There is a 3 day HOLD on cashouts where you can reverse your cashout at any time. The cashout is not processed until after this period. So yes, it is longer than 3 days.

Generally 5-6 for MB in my experience.

There are definitely major issues to be dealt with, that often take much too long to fix. I wish I could say why, but all we can do is keep pounding away.

1) As I said above, will follow up on this tonight.

2) If accounts are US > US, there are no changes. If it's not, there will be an exchange rate applied, which is never going to be favourable in any business.

3) 888 handles each instance of collusion on a case by case basis. Whether there is a redistribution of money involved is a matter for operations. I can personally recall both instances.

I realize this isn't a great answer, but I simply can't say "if you are a victim of collusion, you will be reimbursed," as it's entirely in the hands of Security and Operations.

Your accounts are likely both US$ which is why there are no fees.

Keep a close eye and let me know.

Make sure you've verified that 888 is indeed USD and not CAD as well.

Its been USD forever but how do you verify it?

This is what I see when I go to the deposit page:

It seems as if they assume my MB account is in Canadian currency.

Ask live support to change it. They changed mine from € to USD immediately when I asked them.

Had the same problem. Your deposit went like that USD- EUR - USD and you lost those 62$ to exchange rates!

Oh and please no NLO8 cash tables that would just kill all PLO8 there is and there is not much of it.

they definitely keeps the money to themselves as they wont disclose other players accounts. I remember somewhere it going back to a tourney which we can never really confirm since we have to take their "words" for it. Im trying to get them to change it, so they do REFUND it back to the rightful players.

Is it possible if my wife has her own account and plays in 888 different mtts than mine?
I mean that she plays in different games than me so there is no colusion etc..

No, it doesn't. I verified this with chat support before doing a partial cashout when I first started playing on 888.

It's definitely an 888 problem. The exchange rate is just over 4 points higher than XE.com when doing cashouts or withdrawals.

So when I deposit $100 USD to 888, I play roughly $106 CAN when the rate on XE.com is 1.02. The same thing happens when you withdraw, so you're effectively playing $8 per $100 every time you deposit/withdraw.

It's disgusting.

Edit: I love 888, though. Great software and chat support. I just don't understand why they take a cut on the exchange when no other sites seem to do it.

example.

You open table, have badbeat jackpot auto post blind.
Start with $20 at table. jackpot takes 50cent at start of hand.
You're left with 19.50cent
Asks if you want to post blind, you declined
now your stack is shorted 50cent without playing a hand.

EVERYBODY please be careful when playing at the badbeat tables. they are still stealing money from you even when you're not in the hand!

Would like to get some ideas flowing to improve the pokercam tables on 888 as I think this format has so much potential for the popularity and growth of online poker. I believe this because their is a growing demand in online poker:

1. To bring in more recreational players, provide more fun games/formats
2. To get rid of tracking sites
3. To stop MASS multitabling, > 4-6
4. To get rid of bots

I think this can happen with webcam tables if 888:

1. Fix the rules so players must show face on camera
2. Take this perfect opportunity to do 'anonymous tables' right. No screennames, just webcam.
3. Add fun software that allow you to change your background and clothes+accesories etc.

Would like to hear more ideas to make this format popular, and please, no trolling about meat spins etc. They obv arent having any problems with nudity as the site holds polayers' cash and all players have a button which can instantly blocks any images.
