I get a ghost table bug today where register on a $1 super, confirmation window of register pop but when table get full it never opens.

Have other games running fine at the time, so start to think that maybe early confirmation pop was the sorry one instead , ended couple games and open my tourneys page.


I do was registered in the game but show me seatingout, double click on the table name but the table never open.

unfortunately was 3 handed and HU in the games remaining so have to wait to have the chance to relaunch software, sitout table finally open but was too late as have like 1bb left.

This never happen to me before, so just puting it out here if happen to anyone, closing software and reopen-login should make the ghost table appear.

Can you give me your poker user name and I will send this over to be looked into.

I. Firstly:

Did you guys receive refunds when disconnected at cash game tables? I did not get any and feel a bit frustrated now.

I have to say that it got better lately but had one dc this week anyways. This time I decided to write the support (actually it was my third email regarding a dc issue) and ask for a refund. Athough I clearly stated out that my internet worked perfectly fine (I could browse during the dc) the guy from support wrote me a standard email and told me it was my connection leading to the dc! This is total bs. I experienced those dc only on 888 for months (as we all did/do) while all other sites work fine. Getting an answer that it was my connection leading to the dc feels like this clown from your support doesn't want to do his job or thinks that I am stupid! As others from your support also seem to think (I come to this point later in II.).

Seriously, all those dc cost me hundret of dollars in the last months and I even did not get a single bonus nor a compensation for the one hand I decided to report and asked for. It is nice that all those SNG and MTT players get refunds but me as a Nl50 cash game player also looses money with each dc (in this case it was a 3bet pot with Aces with a cbet) and a dc in a 3bet pot on Nl50 in general leads to higher losses than a buy in for a small stakes SNG or MTT.


II. Secondly:

Two weeks ago I wanted to make a deposit. I opened the software and a pop up appeard saying: "Deposit 125$ and receive a 10$ bonus using bonus code MEGABONUS". Alright, I logged into my cashier and another pop up showed up asking me to talk to someone for another bonus.

Ok, let's chat. Before asking for a bonus offer I wanted to switch my USD account to EUR so I can cash in with my credit card without getting scammed by your exchange fees (got scammed twice already, first time did not know it, second time I got told my account has been switches but it did not!). Well, this time the friendly support member did not want to switch my account and repeated telling me that I should cash in with skrill. For some reason she has not been interested that I do not have any funds on skrill and can't deposit. I repeated that I still want to use my credit card if it is possible to switch my account from usd to eur. Again she refused and kept telling me to deposit with skrill although I told her a second time that I want to deposit with my credit card.

Ok, I gave up. Maybe my English is not good enough to express myself and I decided to deposit on Skrill with my credit card (cost less than depositing on 888 directly) and than transfer it to 888 from my Skrill account. And the story continious...

Well as told above, a pop up opened at the beginning, offerering me a 10$ bonus when depositing 125$. The girl from support asked me how much I want to deposit and I told her 500$. Her answer: "If you deposit 700$ I offer you a special 10$ bonus". Told her that I only have 500$ to deposit and her answer: "Because it is you, I decided to give you the 10$ bonus anyways although you just deposit 500$ and not 700$". Ok, I said thanks and ran straight away.

Not sure if she also thinks I am stupid but if a pop up initially offers me 10$ for 125$ and the support wants to bs me by telling me to cash in 700$ for 10$ it sound a bit "uncoordinated". But then keep bs me by telling me how generous she is and giving me the 10$ for the 500$ it realy offends my intelligence.

I made the mistake of visiting the app's cashier last night, and when I enquired about the unspecified reload offer the support girl offered me $10 to deposit $1000. I politely declined and left.

888poker cant switch your currency ( main account ) to euro .but if they will switch the deposit currency to euro you will loose a lot of money .

the only poker room you can do that from this network is 848poker where everything is in euro beside of game play currency
