now in this moment i have a problem : in a 6 max sng i am first who register in that ng and suddently less than a second the tble is opened with 5 colluders . my question is : is not normal to be refound when i play against 5 colluders? is actually impossible to play and i have to be lucky enough to win all the flips , becouse postflop you cant play against colluders , they never flat , raise call min raise and so on .

Is not normal to be the rabbit in that sng and refound must be received. Evidence is to obvious and i found over 50 new accounts all from UK

first of all , they cant offering you more than your winning /you are not the first and of course not the last. but also are some t&c regarding disconections , none of them regarding those kind of happenes.

what can i tell you is that rep. has really nothing to do with your quire and you have to keep conversation with support .

frustrating but this is the true.

next time when you ll be disconected , try to log in from the website , that will work 100%

When I'm coming back from break to resume session I don't really understand what to do if I want "wait for big blind, auto post blinds" . There's some very confusing combinations of "sit out next hand, post blinds" etc.. And usually I notice after 15 minutes of playing that part of my tables are still sit out.

When I googled this problem some player has been complaining about this same issue like 5 years ago...

Why 888poker must have this very unique system when all the other sites have very simple "wait for bigblind" "auto post blinds"?

As you made it it to the money places they won't give you any compensation because they don't pay out on what might have been.
They clearly made a mistake regarding your transfer request and you will need to send this part over again and they should sort this out for you.

On other sites if you click "I'm back", you will be dealt in automatically in next bb, unless you click "play now" or uncheck "wait for big blind", which ever way a site has done it.

On 888, you click I'm back and next hand you are asked if you want to post blinds and get only 5 seconds to do so, so it's easy to miss the window if you have many tables. This sort of system is very outdated and should be updated to one of the ways in the 1st paragraph asap.

Almost everyone who (who I know) starts playing at 888 says that it's very common to "sit out" during game play. Even if I only 1 table I might sit-out.

It's not that I have too little time to act but that I don't recognize that it's my turn.

I think this is the biggest problem with new potential players. I'm sure Im not the first who is complaining about this .

edit. Bet slider is very bad as well. 888 would have huge potential if they only listen few poker players and hire a coder to fix the software. I can not understand how it's possible that so many poker softwares are so bad when it's still quite big business..

2 questions:

1) is deal making broken? or the guy I played HU was lying or trying to tilt me by saying he clicked the deal making box (I was 3:2 in chip lead and asked if he wanted to do a chop after the game lasted for 6hrs+ to get to HU)
2) if I switch to a tablet after playing more than one table on my PC, can I continue playing my current active tables? Asking this because I couldn't figure out how to open more than one tournament on my tablet or my phone.

1) We never had any complaints regarding the button not working in the deal.
2) Tablets and Smartphones support just one table. You will get “open sessions” window and will be able to select which one of the games you would like to continue with. If instead of your mobile you can open another PC client, you will get all sessions.

Strange (new?) problem. have 4 tables open, can play on 2 and the other 2 anyone is sitting in but no cards are beeing dealt.

I've been playing on 888 4 days a week for two straight weeks now and didn't have a single issue with disconnections/sit outs or anything else fwiw.

Might be good variance though, over small sample

Looks like it's another glitch and just a one off.
Can you let me know if this happens to you again.
Maybe worth reinstalling the client as there may be a bug in yours.
