Doesn't work like that. Through the interface 888 provides they will never get all those tries in in any reasonable timeframe. This is only if you have a password protected file on your computer and you try to bruteforce it.

When I click "tile tables," it tiles tables on my laptop screen, instead of my external monitor when I want them, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ALL ON THE EXTERNAL MONITOR when I press "tile." Can you please fix this asap?!?!?!

I've made multiple withdrawals with bonuses pending and it didn't affect the bonus whatsoever. I also asked live support before doing my first withdrawal, and they confirmed that it doesn't affect pending bonuses.

The deposit bonus has to be earned, while the "monster" bonus is instant, so you can do both. However, I think the monster bonus might have already passed; not sure if it's still available. I *think* the timeline for that was Oct 28-Nov 2 but don't quote me on that.

Withdrawals shouldn't affect pending bonuses.

Few ideas came to mind today:

Hotkey Binding - Would it be possible to deviate from the standard F5 for Fold etc? Have it configurable to other key (combinations) of our choosing
Bet Sizing with Mouse Scrollwheel - Increments by big blinds. Makes betting adjustments way easier
Dynamic Preflop Raise Buttons - Instead of the only being able to configure the bet button's raise size in settings, how about further customizability for the three 'pot size' buttons?

For example, we can click 2.5x, 3x or 4x (adjustable) and hit bet. This would be for Preflop.
If facing a bet already in front, we revert to our standard 1/2pot, Pot buttons. Also allow for custom pot sizes like 60% or 75% pot...

Opening up IE instead of your default browser is just insanely annoying.

These are minor but important issues, like not using IE, memorizing table layouts, better filter options, faster lobby, and so on. Most of them requested long time ago.

My hand history folder on my HDD is totally empty....

There's a way of seeing hand histories on the actual software by going to but my profile>Game History, but there's no way of importing anything into any kind of HEM software?

make sure you're running as administrator (right click the 888 Icon, run as administrator)

Interesting, I never had to run it as admin, and my HH's are saved properly. One more idea, if you use auto import in HEM, it might moves all your HH's from the Pacific folder to C:\HMArchive.

Frequently, i will open the empty table to start a new one, and all seats will be reserved and the option to join waiting list will be greyed out. What is up with this?
