Spent 45 mins with live support trying to get a refund. They were pretty unhelpful and rude actually.

Said they had checked their records and I had played $40 worth of MTT so they could refund me that. I checked and it was close to $100, so asked for this. I was told no we wont give you $100 only $40 max will you accept this. Obviously not was my answer.

I also asked why only $40 and was not given a answer, so I threatened to withdraw my roll and play elsewhere (I have a decent amount on), live support said basically go ahead play where you want. So i did

Today I received a e-mail apologizing for the length of time it took to sort the issue and the lack of help from live support. It should have been escalated to her supervisor (but it was not, despite in chat being told it was her supervisor decision), I have now been credited $100 by 888.

As a result I will move my bankroll back on there.

I was wondering about that. I usually play cash games, but I thought I'd have another crack at tourneys. I'm not seeing the (daily?) Bronze freerolls listed even if I show Tournaments>All.
The weekly versions are listed in the Tournaments>Rewards tab, but I'm sure there used to be a couple of daily freerolls. As the time of writing (20:22 UK, Friday) there's also no mention of the 1c buy-in unlimited rebuy tourneys (which I hate, but still expect to see listed).
I'm using the WSOP.com front-end if that makes any difference.

The site went completely tits up on friday for sit n go games, from around midday GMT til i stopped playing (around 7pm).

Im assuming things are now fixed, but i see in the lobby that since the problems, $50+$3.5 turbo double or nothing game has been removed? Also, i see that $20 nitro 20 seater also removed.

When will they be re-instated please? I hope ASAP!

I have signed up on your site and I am a high volume midstakes player. I have just seen that there is a limit of 50-75k per month on your site for withdrawals. Is this simply for 888poker?

Meaning that if I win 50k on 888 and 50k on poker484 will I be able to cashout everything through your "Cassava Enterprises" ? I have never seen such low limits/restrictions. You might have to change this if you intend to become a top 3 site.

yes it is, use HEMs hud. For heads up is just fine, for mtts i remember it kinda sucked, kept spreading all over the screen but maybe you get to fix this. i didnt have the patience.

The $20 nitros are still there but you can't see them under the "Fast" tab. Use the "All" tab instead.

In the case of a disconnection, please state in your e-mail the name of the tournament/or cash game that you were playing on as well as the tournament ID or game round ID and/or time of teh disconnection. It will be looked into.

Is that for new players? Please more info asap! I was about to make my first deposit on 888 tonight, but now I don't know if I should.
Also one thing is not clear to me. Many sites still offer 25% instant bonus on first deposit, but I read somewhere that isn't available anymore. Is it?

the actually statement of 888:

• Our technical team have reviewed the event, and confirmed the occurrence.
• The issue occurred when a very rare set of scenarios is in place –
1. There is a break in the multi table tournament play, and behind the scenes there is an algorithm in place during the break to re-allocate the seats for all remaining players amongst the tables.
2. During this reallocation, player das_Goe was left technically alone on the table.
3. Due to the algorithm re-allocating places, and the fact that the member was technically alone on the table whilst this occurred, there was an error on that specific table that only affected das_Goe. The system automatically credited the result of virtual rounds to the player left on the table.
4. This is a very rare situation, only possible under a very specific set of circumstances.
• A fix for this has already been developed, and it is currently in the stages of being updated to all of our poker clients. This process is already completed in the majority of our poker clients, and will be completed in all by the end of today (15th Sept).

I know if I go My Profile ->My Bonuses it will show a $20 bonus pending and it is released in those increments, but how can I see how much I have left of the original bonus? I can only find when the $20 increments were released in the cashier, but can't seem to find where it says how much I have left of it to go

This is fkn ridiculous. late reg for a R+A during the break... yet the button to R/A is not there and there is a screen saying I have x mins x seconds left to rebuy/addon. This is a HUGE oversight and needs to be rectified immediately. There is no way that I would have late registered if I knew this was going to happen. It's a complete waste of my money.

I don't think it would be legal to create two accounts, but 888 is one of the sites, where I've seen many players with 4-5 accounts. Freeroll and micro players.
There is no rakeback on 888 just that worthless reward system. As a silverstar you can get about 5% rakeback. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still waiting for the answer to my question, are the instant 25% deposit bonus codes still available. Many affiliate still offering it. And what about that deposit bonus? Is that for new players? I really wanna make my first deposit and start playing, but I don't wanna miss a good bonus.

Is there any advantage to sign up with 888 poker through an affiliate? As far as I understand 888 does not offer "true" rakeback, i.e. I can sign up through the official 888 hompage and get the exact same rewards (first deposit bonus & that PS-like FPP system) as I would by signing up through an affiliate?

888 and Pacific are one in the same as it was rebranded along with new software. There should be no real purpose of multi-accounting there, since you can sign up with any other skin on the network (e.g. littlewoods) but I'm told they don't come down too hard on the players who do this.
