On the 29 March we will hold a special edition of The Whale. The regularly $200,000 monthly tournament will have a special $500,000 prizepool.

This will be one of the largest prizepools offered in the history of 888poker. The buy-in has been adjusted from $530 to $600.

Daily freerolls and satellites will be leading to this event as of tonight.

Are u ever going to change the mtt break times to industry standard of starting when the last hand has finished?its so frustrating 888 starting 2-3 mins before other sites!u barely get time to do anything?

+1 to leveling payouts more. The industy seems to be shifting towards flatter payouts so you should take a good look at this.

What software do you guys use similar to tableninja on here? Such as being able to have preflop bet sizing and post flop bet sizing? I was going to ask about autoregistering sngs and like sng sensei on stars but i dont think this is important b/c sngs rarely go that much here.


Such as being able to autobet 2/3rd, 1/2 pot etc similar to stars or stars hotkeys or there isn't that option?

We would like to thank the players who have been giving us feedback and suggestions re our MTT structure here and on another thread. At this point, we will reply on this thread. Our poker-room management team carefully reads all comments, some of which we are referring to below while the others will be taken into consideration at another time and some of them will also be implemented at a later stage (and some will not…).


1. Saturday schedule: we are considering adding a deep stack tournament in the afternoon (EU time)

2. Automatic timebank: go to Settings / Game Settings / “Time Bank Activation” - automatic

3. Betsize buttons, timebank improvements and other product recommendations: at this point in time, our development pipeline is overloaded with high priority projects, some of which are related to casino games, regulatory markets etc. Therefore, we are cherry-picking good poker-related recommendations and we will add them when we have the development capacity. For example, during the last few months we’ve re-developed our table balancing system and significantly improved our mobile access (and we will have more on this front). Moreover, I am happy to inform you that the “final table deal” is already in development and if all goes well we will launch it towards the middle of this year.

4. $20r: we increased the GNTD from 1.5k to 2k

5. Mid-range MTTs: we are planning to add more dailies during April

6. Monsoon structure: Please be more specific about what blind levels you feel are missing from the structure

as for the structure in the daily mtts: just copy the latest added structure on pokerstars imo

usually i dont play prootionsbecouse of under value, but when i open the software the wheel appears and i spin it . 5 times in row try again . is comic .

There is my support program for 888poker, 888Caption (it is in beta-testing period now).

Several times I asked a support the permissibility of its use, but I didn't receive any response. Can you see the program and confirm that it is allowed to use with 888poker? Several hundred people use it now, and it is important for them (and for me too).
If some of the features of the program are not allowed, I'll remove them in future versions.

Why are there still players with no country flag? older software - how come it didn`t auto update ; using Vpn - is this allowed ?

Rep : I did everything support said I should do. Update video drivers. Re-install a few times ect. But I still have an error on the free spin window.

This issue is in ongoing review and you should stay tuned or you can leave your details with support for an update once relevant.

That would be players from other skins playing at the tables.
