How about you send Australians and New Zealanders a different promo? A 2k freeroll on a sunday arvo? Freerolls that we can't play are not an incentive to deposit/play 10 sitngos etc.

Recently started playing on 888 an i noticed in the Hu lobby you can open as many tables as you want saw one reg sitting at 13 nl600 empty tables, I think you should have a rule where you can only open 2 empty ones at each limit or something like that because ppl abusing that rule just makes the lobby look stupid thanks.

I think that you should really, really take a look over some tournaments. Specifically those with a very low buy-in, but unlimited rebuys and addons. Many players, although for them is very small +EV at best, abuse it and soon those tournaments become more like a cash battle than a skill battle. I saw with my own eyes where a guy, after the 1st hr. break, make enough rebuys to get himself something like 900k-1M chips and be the chip leader by far.

Oh, and can we have a $1 freezeout daily, scheduled at 19:00 CET? Hardly seen one of those

I think they're totally fine. Every clever players tends to make like 5-10 Addons for 2-3.5$ and get's a nice 5-10K Stack to play with. The Addons are raked so I wouldn't go to crazy there.

First prize gets 198$ or 130$ which equals 342 addons or a stack or 342.000 chips. (130 / (0.35+0.03)).

So If he really got 1M chips, he paid 350$ for it. You really wanna tell me this is a bad thing?

Actually such a tourney starts right now, and again I guess the overlay is not getting killed and that the first one, after the addon break will have like 80k, equalizing 30$ Addon-Money on a so ****ing high variance mtt that it's bogus to invest so much into it.

Can you help clarify this as I don't have much reactivity from the official support?

I get a bug occasionally when a waitlist pops. It offers me a seat at the table, I accept it. Once the table is up I click on the seat and it says "reserved for a different player" and I have to leave the waitlist and get back on, losing the seat.

That one is only about 5 years old

There are not a lot of higher buy-in tourneys. most are below $10, rebuys and freezeouts. how about adding a few more $50+ tourneys.

Just got back on 888 after a long absence. Forgot about the above until it happened quite a few times to me. When that happens, don't leave the waitlist, you are still on it.

I recently started playing on Lucky Ace. In these few weeks I noticed a few things at the mtt's which you might wanna take care of.

1. Some of the guaranteed mtt's pay less then your buy in when you finish with the first players who reach the money. This is strange and no, these are not the rebuy mtt's. I only play FO.

2. When we are down to 9 players and should merge to 1 final table, we still play some hands at two tables. I think as soon as you reach 9 players there should be 1 table.

3. It would be nice if it's possible to make deals at the FT.

still waiting PLO HU tables. i guess talking to 888 support is like talking to a brick wall. people been requesting this for a long time and i'm quite sure it's not very hard to add them.

I have not been impressed with the online support. I made a withdrawal to test the efficiency of the cashier, and then had a few questions about the transaction. I talked to 2 different operators and they both gave conflicting answers. One almost seemed oblivious to the rules in the T & C.

Regardless, I did get my cashout at about the described timeframe, just seemed that it takes a lot longer than at stars.

I read through the 2p2 forum and other internet sources that several people got indicted with fictional chip dumping schemes and got their accounts blocked. This happened to me today , I rake in about 2500$ each month at 888 and had 5k in my account. I e-mailed the operations department 5 times and they said they have a 72 hours window , though that means 3 working days , to respond me.
I was not fiven any facts any evidence , not anything at all just got banned. I am plating over 600 sngs each month there and I have platinum level yet no one from support was able to offer me any information.
I even called them and I was treated quite poorly , told to wait for a fictive crime , a breach of T&C , of which I am totally oblivious and unaware of. Not to mentions the sngs I lost due to not being unable to login to my newly suspended account. I remained logged in the lobbies however and my sngs were automatically lost to the people that joined them.
I have full HEM history and I am willing to discuss any hand or gameplay you wish, but I dont find it fair to wait 3 days each time to get an answer.
I can provide any information you might require . No facts , no evidences were given , just stated that I am under investigation.
As I read other forums I saw that people went 2 weeks through this until they got their account back.
I really feel robbed and I do apologise for any grammar mistakes I made in my post.

I dont really want to be spiteful , I like playing here. Maybe they have a faulty algorithm or something like it in their software which gets triggered by who knows what, because most of the people that had a thread about this eventually got their account back.
The reason I am posting this is to get better support and to get this settled out faster, this is a serious problem as I am not the only one facing this problem. You cant just ban people for no reason and then wait 12 days to sort things out.
I am really appealing to reason here , I really hope the representitve here will do something about this.
If i was conducting any 'fraudelent' activities why would I have held 5k in my account. I thought it was a safe thing to do . Again I appologise if I am spiteful in any way but its hard to be objective when this happens.
