The break should start (and last) 5 mins after the last hand is finished at the 55 min mark. If you're unfortunate enough to be playing the last hand you find that you only get 1 or 2 mins total.

Pretty sure Stars and FTP started the break after the last hand was finished.

Hey guys. Does anyone know is there a possibility to disable casino games from 888poker, or is there a (casino game) free site at 888 network?
Would like to disable all those -EV games and play only poker. Thanks for the answers.

Here's the rakeback-scheme if you include the reload bonus..

22% for blue
22% for bronze
24% for silver
29% for gold
18% for platinum w. standard reload bonus - i stopped here because since most reload bonuses go up to 150$ and to be in that status you have to rake 2250$. (so your rake bonus is released after you reached gold)
38% for platinum w this month 2+2 500$ reload bonus
27% for VIP

So with the standard 150$ Reload Bonus you have to rake 750$, to clear the full bonus. 750$ Gives you 1500 Bonus Points (1$ Rake = 2 Bonus Points, which is stated nowhere on your help pages) and 1500 Bonus Points in one month gives you the status of gold. For reaching platinum you need to rake 2,250$ = 4500 Points. So you can get your 500$ twoplustwo reload bonus cleared by raking in 2500$ and getting platinum on that way.

It is to state that you get 90 days to clear a bonus, but a new reload bonus is available every month, maybe you can clear a bonus in less than 30 days and use another one the next month?

The monthly reloads bonuses are only 30 days to clear. The more recent reload bonuses they have been having under the guise of the Big Deal are 90.

Last night the poker client kept closing itself whenever I was all in in an O8 cash game and the result was a split pot, it did happen EVERY single time.

Very annoying, has anybody had this issue? Is there some setting I should change or it's on 888 to fix that glitch?

I really like 888 and am very happy seeing traffic increase. There are however a few issues you should address that also should not be hard to implement, and these have been mentioned and supported repeatedly at 2p2.

1. Abolish the "dormant account" policy. It most definitely produces more negative results for 888 than positive and if you can even circumvent it by logging on twice a year and playing one hand at a 1c/2c table, it is little but ludicrous. Being stubborn about this hurts you.

2. Introduce synchronized breaks. MTT grinders hate having to play on at one site while on break at four others just because that one site does not break at the same time. It reduces incentive to play there.

3. Take your customers more seriously. Promo codes not working is but one example. Customer support is extremely lacking compared to industry leaders, and apologetic e-mails saying "please do not believe this is normal" when problems occur as a norm is just counter-productive. You are what you do, not what you say.
Professional handling of your customers is what makes for strong loyalty and repeated business more than anything else as long as your product is competitive.

4. Trust your product and your future. 888 is not growing this impressively for no reason. So trust that you're doing things right, and abandon what seems to be panicked end-game thinking that you have to get what you can while you can. The future is bright for 888.

Finally, it is great to see that 888 officials are getting more active on 2p2, and please keep it up. There will always be some strong opinions posted here, but keeping communication open and frequent will build your trust with players more than anything else. It cannot be emphasized enough how important it is not to go silent when facing criticism, but taking it seriously with a positive attitude.

I have this problem with 08 games too, very odd because omaha hi is fine. Actually its not when im all in, it can happen at any point in the game.

^^^ I'm not sure what triggers the shut down, last night it was always at big all-ins split pot situations. I guess the pot was awarded correctly, those hands were not picked up by HEM though but, as I said, I was already all-in.

888 rep, could you look into it and give us some feed-back? For the time being I'll stick to PLO & LHE.
