Yeah, we have recently deployed a software update with numerous fixes, and there are more upgrades coming in the very near future. We have experienced some unforeseen downtime in the process.

One of the improvements is that the software now saves your table layout – a feature we have implemented based on feedback received on the forums.

last time a tournment i was in closed they paided us out by dividing the prize pool by number of players and everyone got equal share.

Btw, its a good idea to let your players know when you'll be doing upgrades & will be down...this just seems like business basics? You should relay that simple yet important fact over to the guys at the office.
