^notes are gone too. you can do it every 30 days, and set up accounts on different skins to do it even more often

it's actually made the amount of bumhunting, sitout abuse, and unethical stuff going on on party even worse, in the opinion of most regs, and there's a massive player strike about table-blocking planned for a week from now

this thread isn't the only one full of angry people bitter at an incompetently-run site, lol. and the party one doesn't even have an active rep anymore

I sen't them several emails about this. On one of the tables I was playing with an overpair against a weak player and expected to win a fairly decent pot when everyone got disconnected. I emailed support and they pretend nothing happened. I replied twice already telling them it was a server crash but I just get a long email telling me how its my connection that is bad...

This is because of communication problems over the internet. As the problem originates outside of our systems, there is unfortunately very little that we can do to fix it."

I find this extremely annoying. I don't now why your server closes down full tables (especially during daytime between hands) or why there have been these times when almost *all* players get disconnected but certainly no other poker room would blame this on their customers. I've probably been one of the most patient regs in this thread but come on... This is just getting so comical. Those server crashes are costing as money and you just sweep it under the rug like all those JP bets that you have taken from players sitting out. Oh yeah, you sent me a dollar for those JP bets. I guess I can expect to be returned a big blind for being disconnected after like a year or two... Maybe well even see a reload bonus then.

Oh and congrats on almost doubling your profits on your poker room to 60 million. Its not like all your customers helped you achieve it. GG and burst the bubble!

yes. they suck donkeyballs.
i deposited 500$ and had to wait 27 days (till the beginning of the next month) to get it off the site.
they are the worst company i ever trusted with my money.
they basically sent me the same mail every 4 days, telling intern problems with communication and blablabla.

go pay out whatever you got there and never look back.
(it might take a minth, but at least youll get it)

Ok - this time support ve done something I couldnt even imagine before...

If rep is able to help - please take a look... F**K those 21 USD but what support is doing is fkn hilarious. I played tournament with one guy - I won that tournament and then we both clicked rematch. Cash was taken from my account but no table appeared - there werent any tournament in 'MY TOURNAMENTS' or in lobby running at those stakes for like an hour. So in general I paid for tournament that didnt took place. I emailed support with all those infos, and here is what I got today:

"Thank you for contacting us.

******, I have checked your games history and found the mentioned tournament for $21 with the number # 37125632. The tournament started with both of you were on "Sit out" and only the blinds were set. After a certain time your opponent was back in the game and you were blinded out.

I am really sorry, but in this case there is nothing we can do for you. Please make sure that you always play a tournament you registered for. Otherwise you will lose the Buy-in money. If you do not want to play a tournament you need to unregister before the tournament starts and the Buy-in will be returned to your bankroll."

This email is total bulls**t. I won mentioned tournament - no sit outing there... Do they look at some history or just make up some fkn bulls**t to get rid of players that are asking various things? I'm paying like a 1k USD in rake every month and they teach me how to unregister... Who the hell told them I didnt want to play? We both took rematch but the soft didnt start the tournament - no table, no number... They wrote that I was blinded out, but in fact my opponent didnt play any 21 USD Turbo heads up after the one mentioned - looked up on Sharkscope... 95% that this would be caught there if ever appeared. They stole my cash and writ total crap as an answer... Who the hell work in their support? This is fkn poker site parody.
