not sure if it has changed, but it used to be that you could withdraw anything you won over and above the $8 but you had to roll over that $8 a ridiculous number of times before being able to withdraw

so if you played an $8 mtt and won it for $1000, you could withdraw $992

I haven't heard of it changing. That's how it should be.

The amount you had to play a bonus before it would clear was 20x. So you'd have to effectively bet $160 before you could cash it out.

I'll double check though just to make sure bonus policies haven't changed.

Dumb question I'm sure has been answered before but I don't play on 888 and I can't see it on the website (only 200% up to $400 with $10 released for every 100 bonus points, etc.) but many affiliate sites still say it exists. Was just curious.
I think it may have expired, but I'll double check first thing tomorrow morning and get back to you.

Re: **The New and Official 888poker Players' Thread**

1 question:

How big of a deal is it that the rake in CG NL is higher on 888poker than everywhere else and the cap is at 4$ not at 3$ when you play NL200 and NL400 6max, in your opinion?

If the games were much better then not really but the last few nights have been terrible so if you played 888 exclusively then you are wasting money imo.

Re: **The New and Official 888poker Players' Thread**

i guess thats an EV question - does the relative softness of the site make up for the rake? It might for some people might not for others.

if you are full time grinding though (i am not) i would imagine the difference between rewards systems would make a much bigger difference than the difference between rake structures, even though both are working against 888

Re: **The New and Official 888poker Players' Thread**

Yeah for sure.

Euro sites with 60% rb or 888 with 27% max and a $4 rake cap instead of a $3 rake cap.

The games at 888 are certainly not good enough to play there exclusively. Every now and again the games are good enough to make up for that of course.

Re: **The New and Official 888poker Players' Thread**

Your servers are lagging really bad today.

Let's recap the last 3 days:

Monday- site goes completely offline
Tuesday- tables start closing down mid session
Today- extreme server lag

You charge the highest rake in the industry... where does it all go?

On an unrelated issue.. I won an LG TV in the freeroll at the start of February. Apparently 888 is still awaiting delivery of these items. This is just so stupid because you knew at least a month (almost certainly more) in advance EXACTLY how many TVs, mice, gadgets etc would be up for grabs. And a month and a half after the tournament 888 store is still telling me they are awaiting the delivery?

This is no way to run a business.

Yes, it felt good to get that off my chest

Re: **The New and Official 888poker Players' Thread**

I've seen more people had this problem. I always deposited using MB/Skrill but now I can't see it in withdrawal options. Chat is not available and answer by email will take days as usual.

Could anyone who also had this problem, give any hint?

Thx

When you're on the withdrawal page, it's something like "use last deposit method."

Re: **The New and Official 888poker Players' Thread**

I withdraw 2175$ from LA and today it was paid i recieved 1578euros. Todays exchange rates are 0.75869 euros for 1$. So 2175x0.75869=1650euros. I expected i get rob for about 20euros but this?? rly? i have my account in euros and my MB in euros. I asked if whole amout was paid on my MB and answer was yes. So they have 72euro fee for withdraw woojee nice network.

I have an identical situation. this is the reply from Cassava Enterprises Trans@cassava.net:

"Therefore your withdrawal will be processed In USD and MoneyBookers will change it for you to Euros, this way we are not involved in the exchange process.

For further information regarding the exchange rate applied by MoneyBookers, please contact them directly."

So, basically, they blame MB...

Re: **The New and Official 888poker Players' Thread**

It's been discussed before but to reiterate you guys should look to keep your 888/LA money and your ewallet money(Moneybookers) in the same currency and let your bank handle currency exchanges if you're looking for better rates.
