I have sent tons of email to support since joining 888,not once have they got back to me within 4 days....................without a doubt the worst customer service in the world

Really seems like 888 management just doesn't give a **** and is just happy to keep raking us without improving players' experience at all.
888 rep is doing a great job, but only so much he can do with the limited info hes given, i love this site, but 888 management have been are doing some shady things over the years, starting to piss me off.

yeah, in no way did I mean to blame 888rep for his answers, i pointed it out to show how management repeatedly ignores everything/doesn't give a ****

I'm a patient man but this has been happening at 888 for years. If poker operators were a preschool class, 888 would be sat in the corner eating crayons and ****ting it's pants.

We have recently been alerted of the fact there was an issue on our Jackpot tables which caused members, on occasion, to pay contributions whilst sitting out on the tables. Kindly note that since being made aware of this we have implemented an automatic refund system whereby you will receive any contributions paid whilst sitting out straight back to your bankroll, if not instantly then within twenty four hours.
I have reviewed your account in full and can see that, in the past, you paid a total of $121.50 in contributions whilst sitting out- I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and I have now credited your account with a refund rounded up to $130 to further compensate for this unfortunate error.
