Hi 888rep (Aaron).

Issue for you. I recently started out using 888poker (again, it seems). I registered with a new account with all the details etc legit, correct card details etc etc etc.

I get to my fourth deposit (yeah I suck) and I start to finally win some money, some on poker, mainly on the inbuilt casino at roulette. At this point I get a message saying my account is blocked, and I am logged out of the software.

I dont know whats going on, so email back. No reply for 4 days. I eventually ring up 888sports betting and the guy there helpfully explains that I used to have an account which apparently I self excluded last April (2011) for 6 months. I have no reason not to believe him. He was the only helpful person I have spoken to so far.

I receive an email back telling me this from Cassava (who by the way, are possibly the worst support network I have ever encountered, to not have any sort of contact telephone is unreal), who say they have closed my account but "as an act of goodwill" will give me my deposit back.

I am completely gobsmacked, I had absolutely no reason to setup a new account, I literally didnt remember / know I had one from before, or I would have used that.

I stand to lose about 8000 USD as it stands, and I need your help in resolving this.

Given I have not had contact for over 5 days now, I can only assume they are refusing to respond, and thus you are my final port of call before I involve the IGC.

As I say I can verify all of the details I used, it wasnt fraudulent in any way at all.

VIP is 60k
It looks like Diamond is 300k/350k. I'll confirm. I'll let them know that this number is pretty much unobtainable as well.

You have until Dec 31st. If you achieve VIP tomorrow, you will be VIP for the rest of the year + all of 2013 as well. There are a few hundred VIP's who register for the monthly 10k freeroll.

You should be able to view your progress Lobby > My Profile > My Rewards.

There is also a setting in the Lobby that lets you see a progress bar while sitting at the table.

Unfortunately no. It's an issue I've brought up and hopefully we can see some alternatives in the near future.

Hey ,this can't be right ...............

I turned Platinum this month and it says I am only 4% to VIP with 2,345 points

How can that be ALL my points for the year?(last months points where have they gone and the months before that?)

It's just showing your monthly numbers, since 2345 isn't enough to earn Platinum anyways. I'll check to see how you can view your yearly progression.

Give that Settings > Status bar a try in the meantime to see if the Ring Game bar shows anything different.

It thrown me away after I finished HU - cash taken, I won tournament - no reward so far. We will see what is gonna happen when I will be able to log in again. Hope cash will be on its place.

I find it scary that ALL emails no matter how important they are take 3-5 days now to get a reply............i'm doing $200-$400 per day in rake ,is there no way I can get a better service than this?

Thinking about leaving to be honest,kinda worries me ..........keeping alot of money on a site which has such bad customer service!!!
