That email conversation with the customer support was so funny On a side note I so miss having Sebastian as my VIP host, he was very friendly and always seemed to know what he was doing

That currency conversation does suck though. I used to let 888 do my currency exchanges when needed, since I'd rather give 888 the money from the exchange than to an E-wallet but when I discovered they rape me with an essentially uncapped rake I now let my E-wallet do the exchanges when necessary.

Still the password security bothers me most, do try to improve your security, please. I wouldn't mind paying something for a security token either.

Are there any reload bonuses you could offer us? You mentioned a new years gift for us, but I guess that didn't happen.

What's the deal with this promotion?

The banner on the poker client has a different bonus code to the promotion on the promotions tab (IRISH888 & IRISH2012).

Also, I noticed that the terms seem to have changed.

For a while earlier today the promo was stating the offer was 20% immediate bonus, but that seems to have disappeared.

It now just mentions $10 immediate bonus, but no mention of minimum qualifying deposit.


I haven't tried either code yet as I'm just finishing off clearing another bonus, but I'd like 888 to confirm what the actual offer is here as I could be tempted to redeposit for the coming weekend

They should have you registered for it tomorrow. They don't do uploads into tournaments for this promo automatically as it's a relatively unique deal. So they upload names at certain times in the week.

If not, an email to support with the tournament ID's of the games you cashed should take care of it.
