Im sure in the next 24 hours things will be running much smoother. Im keeping an eye on this thread and giving it some time before I try registering. This is why they had a soft launch and didnt market online poker anywhere.

I like those WSOP avatars. Better than those on 888.

What's that mean? Are they going to have any single-table tourneys?? All tournament options are real limited and that's the only way I like to play really.

Think I'm good to go, not seeing my free $5 yet though and a little skeptical to make a real deposit on Beta Day haha.

Passwords require 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 special symbol like !@#^(**&%$).

Kevin Mathers ‏@Kevmath 1m
The 17 online gaming sites operational in NJ during the soft launch period http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/gamingsites.html … as the Golden Nugget in AC is approved

Wow. How can a state of 9 million support 17 sites?

Weird. I did one capital one number and used * and it worked on first try on every site. It's very weird that they require special characters. That doesn't add much more security to a weak password anyway.

The 17 sites thing isn't really accurate for poker. The casino sites are separate from the poker clients from what I've seen.

I think all will pool around the top 1 to 3 sites. Unless international liquidity is established.

It says they've detected remote control software (888) so it cant run. What programs would cause that?

Never mind... Not verifying my location and tells me to contact support, click that tab and a mainly blacked out window comes up that allows me to not contact support.

Also, why is it opening all these windows using Internet Explorer? Certainly not set as my default browser on my computer, the only reason I even keep it on my system is to have it to fall back on for worst case scenarios.

Just played 54 hands of $1/2 HU NLHE on 888. Ended up paying $19 in rake

geeeeze, thats high.....might have to shop around and see how other sites compare, good sign though that 1/2 hu is running during soft play, after advertising maybe 5/10 can run regularly

Now that Ultimate is up I can compare rake at UP, wsop, and Borg. Borg has 5.55555%, wsop has 5% and UP has 4.5% which drops to 4% at 5000nl or all limit games. Borg Vip program goes from 0% to 3.205% (lol). wsop goes from 0%with a $250 weekly freeroll to about 30% after paying 200k a year in rake. UP is more complicated and I don't know how their cash in points program works.

As far as paying $19 in rake after 54 hands of HU NLH goes, it looks like a 50c cap is standard at those stakes for HU so thats gonna be a rough stake to beat. Edit: HU at stakes under 15/30 is capped at $1 on Borgata, ouch

Sorry for delay...

If its a pc, bottm right, next to sound icon, you may be able to see connections available there, click on the bars and check "enable tracking"

If you cant do it there, go to control panel, network, internet, and enable tracking
