I tried installing WSOP but I keep getting a "Cannot access C:/Program(x86)/EULA.eng/ then it closes. I also tried installing Borgata and I get a windows message box saying "Some file couldnot be created......close and reboot". I guess I can't play anyways since I live very close to the Lincoln Tunnel.

Just tried installing the UltimatePoker software with link above and I also get a message saying the file is badly installed. WTF is going on?!

I don't get this, you're supposed to be able to play real money no matter where you live as long as you're actually inside NJ borders when you're playing. Like if you lived in New Mexico but were here to visit family you can log in and play from Edison.

This was one of the main points they stressed in a couple of the recent interviews with the guys heading this stuff for the casinos.

What would it matter about your utility bills or if you even live here?

Whelp. Looks like my nightmare has begun. Unable to verify location on both 888 and Borgata. Too close to the southern part of the state I guess.

Why would you have to use wifi vs wired connection? That don't make too much sense.

Personally I expected issues, but this is still a tad disconcerting, I mean it's a widespread abortion if this thread is any reflection of the overall for the masses that don't post on here.

I'm cool, but this doesn't instill much confidence.

You don't have to use wifi, but your computer needs to be able to see wifi networks.

It's a method of location verification.

^ This...It will only be 2plus2ers on this soft launch as well fyi. And most of the sites are having major trouble getting their software launched right now... ex. Borgata's software is glitching and UP's download link is showing error for most.

After downloading Ultimatepoker NJ and signing up I cannot verify my location. On the account status screen it says 'New Jersey Location Not Verified' but when I hover over the '?' it says that I must be located in Nevada. When i go to customer support I get a black screen.

Edit: in the main client toolbar it only gives me the option to login, but if I hit cashier it opens the cashier for my account. I can't actually hit the login button. Weird bug

888 is mad weak right now. Where should I try next? I don't want to play a 4-person cash game really.

WSOP download won't start for me.

Wonder what those people with desktops wired into the wall do.

I think we all expected some problems but it helps if everyone shares whats going wrong for them. That's kind of the point.
