No I doubt the games will be worthwhile at that hour, but if you're excited i say go for it. I'm tempted to wait until the soft launch happens and any issues are worked out before i put my money on and play.

What school do you go to??

It starts at 6PM, I wouldn't recommend staying up all night if the goal is to be the first one on.

As per a convo I had with an UltimatePoker rep, it looks as if out of state residents will only be denied when it comes to sitting at the tables. All else will be visible regardless of geolocation. This implies that play chips will be available from any state, allowing users to test software before they deposit.

you'll be able to register, fund and rail from outside the state. Only actual RM wagering is restricted.

If I was living in a 3rd world country, I'd sure as **** move back to NJ at the first chance I got. Even if the online scene is terrible, which I imagine it will be, at least there's some excellent live action at Borgata and parx.

I will CERTAINLY be trekking down to the AC Casinos (from Mass) much more frequently now that Online Poker is available. Will be driving right past the CT and PA resorts to the GREAT State of NJ.

I will also be staying longer !

About 8:30 AM, has any one been able to download NJ specific software for this soft play start?

Any site?

Borgatapoker.com not available yet?

NJ DGE said that they were fine tuning last night.

BTW, where are the servers? At last glance they are supposed to be in the confines of an AC casino.

Only jobs being offered in AC seem to be Ultimate looking for processors. Have not seen customer service jobs that would seem logical.

Are the sites going to use their ROW facilities to facilitate? So far not the avalanche of new jobs.

Haven't gotten a room in any of the casinos in a long time.

Was wondering do most of the proprieties charge for wi-fi? If so, is there a ball park figure for how much per day?

The "B" charges 14-16 per day depending on speed. They do offer wifi in lounge area free of charge.

I'm at work so can't test this right now but I'm pretty sure if you go to ultimatepoker.com, wher it says 1. Download>2. Sign-up>3. Play, if you click download you can download the software.

I think that is for the Nevada site. I don't believe you can download anything at the moment until 6pm.

Yes for Golden Nugget and Ultimate, bd I think yes for Party. Golden Nugget app has been available for a while for free play and isn't horrible.

For most of the rooms I've played in, they don't want you on any device while involved in a hand.
I guess you could sit out online every time you got involved in a live hand, but they would ultimately just slow down both games.
