Anyone had the same problems? Did i run too fast i does it take an extra day to activate?
The 3rd party we deal with for Net+ cards was briefly down yesterday and that's why it wasn't working. It's now fixed and should be working fine.

You just happened to be lucky enough to try in that brief window

What are the limits for cashout?
Is 500 euro limit (ATM) for 1 day or for 1 time? (so I can cashout 500 x-times a day)
Is there any limit on buying directly from NET+ MasterCards (for example if I am in a store and giving my NET+ credit card for 2k purchase?)

Andrew,

I recently upgraded my account in the hopes of getting a Net+ card, but then found out that the card is not available in my country (Taiwan). Any idea why it is not available here, if and when it might become available and if not, any other idea on how I could get hold of one?

Thanks

Our Net+ cards have a daily ATM withdrawal limit of 750 EUR. Whether you take it out all at once or in smaller amounts, you can't get more than 750 EUR out in a single day.

Hi HsinYi,

Unfortunately Net+ is not available for members residing in Taiwan. Although we are constantly trying to make our Net+ cards available in more countries, we do not have any immediate plans to expand our Net+ offering to members residing in Taiwan.

Thank you for your answer.

But regarding the maximum purchase, there is no limits?
(for example I want to buy a 30' monitor and it costs about 2k Euro, then I'm just giving my NET+ card to the salesman and entering PIN code, right?)

Instead of opening a new thread for one simple question about neteller prepaid cards, i'd thought it would be better to just post it here;

I just recieved my Prepaid netplus master card, and it says that the dormancy fee is 2euroes. But what happens if i don't use my card this month, and i don't have any cash in my neteller account?.

Since i am only planning to use my neteller acc/prepaid card as an emergency option when it comes to withdraw money from my poker acc, i doubt i'll have money in my neteller account 24/7

I am from the UK and usually use a debit maestro card to deposit and withdraw from all poker sites that allow me to.
However, with Full Tilt, using a debit (maestro) card is not one of the available cash out methods. It has to go straight to Visa credit (which I used to deposit).
Why do I not want to transfer to this card? Well, it is a credit card and I don't want to always be 'in credit' for the sake of it.

Does Neteller offer the service to transfer funds to and from maestro debit cards? Would you recommend using Neteller? What if any fee's are there attached to using this method?

Cheers.

What is the maximum amount you can purchase with the Net+ Prepaid Card?

Does it work with paypal?

wtf is with paragraph 2.5?
"2.5. Neither the Depositors Compensation Scheme in the Isle of Man nor the Financial Services Compensation Scheme in the United Kingdom apply to Your Card, Your Virtual Card or to Your Account. No other compensation schemes exist to cover losses claimed in connection with Your Card or Your Virtual Card. This means that in the event that We become insolvent Your funds may become valueless and unusable and as a result You may lose Your money that is held on your Card or Virtual Card."

and if the card is compromised then my whole neteller account is compromised because the accounts aren't separated? (unlike the globewallet card)
so it's not a good idea to keep excess bankroll in my neteller account.

Neteller offered a really good service with the globewallet card and then they butchered it. Way to go neteller!

Are the Neteller and Moneybookers prepaid cards pretty much the same product as the new PartyCashier PrePaid MasterCard for PartyPoker players? It costs me a total of $32 everytime I cashout using bank wire transfer to a Canadian bank, so I am thinking of applying for the PrePaid MasterCard in Canadian currency instead. The following are some of the disadvantages that I see:

- C$1.75 fee for each ATM transaction.
- C$3.50 monthly dormancy fee if not used in two months.
- Other fees such as 2.95% for foreign currency transactions, balance inquiry and lost/stolen replacement fee.
- If Conister Trust Limited ever becomes insolvent, you may lose all your money on the card.
- No mailed monthly statements like a regular MasterCard.

Have any Canadians used any of the above products yet?

Where can we see a list of supported countries that can get the card?

Speaking of net+'s security, now that the card is directly wired to your account (no more rechargeable card), do you feel safe using the card at POS?
I mean, if a dishonest cashier wanted to take your datas and do something shady whit your card now he has direct access to ALL the funds in your account...
Also, neteller dont offer an sms alert service like moneybookers do.

In my case, i have to go on holidays in Paris in January, do you think i should use the card for payments like hotel, restaurants, shopping, or it is a risky move, considering also that i will be in a big city of a foreign country, and if somebody ****s whit my account i will have a hard time to track down who he is...

Unless your country isn't monitoring Neteller/ MasterCard, I'd guess so.

I would assume you are protected by MasterCard's terms of use and can charge back any fraudulent use of the card, just as you can with any other MasterCard. If that is not the case, the card is not useable, too much risk.
