Hello all, my name is marco and at 2th of febreaury i received around 2 emails of transactions made with my neteller account to this site:
http://www.online-gambling-insider.c...dz-sports.html one for 2500 usd and another for 1480 usd i did not make these transactions and i proceeded to email neteller support and they told me that they were gonna lock my account and were gonna look into it and i should contact the team to verify my account, which i did providing them a telephone number at bali,indonesia since im staying here for 2 months, i proceed to answer their questions and the person i talked to about it say that they will provide a new secure ID and i will set up a new password, this was around 6 days ago i asked about the money that was stolen from my account and he said that the Surveillance team will be reviewing that and i should contact them.
At this point i havent heard from them about the funds that were stolen and these are the emails i got from said team:

Due to NETELLER's inability to properly validate the information within your account, a temporary suspension of your Credit Card/Debit Card deposit option has occurred. In order to properly validate your identity, NETELLER is requesting further verification of your account details.
Please email a clear FULL VIEW colour scan or digital photograph which displays all four corners and edges of the following document(s) to
accountsurveillance@neteller.com:
• A credit card statement that has been issued within the last 3 months for the card you used to deposit on February 1, 2011 displaying your name, address and the first 6 digits of the card number. Unfortunately we cannot accept online statements or screenshots

And thats all the emails ive received from that department, ive received more emails from neteller vip support about how i should be contacting the surveillance department and not them, today i received this email:

I should also mention that i still had around 900+ usd with neteller and i dont know whats going on with that money, sent email to them asking about it and still havent received a response.
Wether i recover the money that was stolen from me or not its a different issue, the way neteller is handling this problem its what concerns me and its why im making this public, im posting this on pokerstrategy.com aswell so u all poker players can learn from my experience.
cliffs: op got robbed for almost 4k usd in neteller account, neteller does nothing to invstigate it and then proceeds to close account and keeps (?) 900+ dollars in neteller account.
