Net+ card unrecognized transactions - anyone has experience?

So I just realized an hour ago that I have unrecognized transactions from May 29, I immediatly called the Neteller support, and suspended my card. These transactions is mostly for flights booking at gotogate dot co dot uk. Amount I lost is around $3.5k.

Does anyone has experience with these kind of things? If so, please share. I really hope I can get back at least 50% of that money

As Net+ is a MasterCard, you may be lucky and fall under their Zero Liability Protection scheme.

Here's a page that relates to US-issued MasterCards, but it seems to suggest that, unfortunately, it may not apply worldwide. ("For the application of Zero Liability outside of the United States check your MasterCard regional site.")

I had a similar issue with my Skrill Master Card. It was for a much lower amount (400$) but after I reported it, they refunded me all fraudulent transactions without issues. It took around 2 weeks for them to investigate. Get in contact with support, I think you have good chances of getting the money back.

It was flight tickets for you as well? I dont udnerstand why would anyone spend that money flight tickets (I haave like 9-10 transactions) instead of buying phisical things.

In my case it was even weirder. They bought web domains.

Web domains I can understand, you can just sell them later on, and you cleared tho money. But with flight tickets what can you do, once you buy it its attached to a person, you cannot just sell it to anyone.
