are you requested yours cash outs through the muchos wallet or through the rooms in which you played?
I dont have any problems to transfer from wallet to Ongame2 Poker Heaven, and no problem to cash out from the room as well.
Why don't you try to cash out from the room, not wallet?

Basically I have been trying to cash out the last of my roll on there (300 euros) for over 2 months now, have surprisingly good contact with them, but they just keep saying the same thing that they will message their cashout department again... clearly lies...

I just wanted to know if anyone has managed to cash any money out from them recently? And yes I know I was stupid to put any money on there anyways but it was ages ago I deposited there when they didnt have such a bad reputation...

what has that got to do with anything? regardless of how my funds were transferred into my account you should be able to withdraw them. basically dont let people play with money if you are not able to pay it out to them... if it is easier for you to send them via a third party to me then that would be fine... if transferring them to my pokerstars account would be easier for example then that would be great... as long as i got the money, because pokerstars actually pay out

Ok so looking at this thread it is obvious they wont cash out for me. So I am gonna cancel the cashout and try transferring the money to another site then try cash out from there... I cannot cash out from ongame (long story) has anyone ever tried cashing out from any of the sites they allow u to transfer between? And what has your experiences been with these? We've all thought of doing that. Problem is that it doesn't work, they won't let you transfer to a non 'muchos' room and just blame technical reasons on why the transfer won't go through. It's been like 3 weeks and still money isn't being transferred to the Superstack wallet.

The ENET skin is a "muchos" skin I believe so cashing out through them is just cashing out through muchos. You need to try to move the money to a room that is not a muchos room such as Pokerheaven ongame or Winning Poker superstack.

Another one unfortunated with Muchos Poker.

Since 1rst december 2013, six cashouts porcessing without any result.

I discovered Muchos Poker via the rakeback program of NoteCaddyEdge after buying their package. I always thought there were a trustly company but they link Muchos here : http://www.notecaddyedge.com/rakeback1.html; and they do nothing to help us with Muchos Poker, just as much as the suppport of Muchos is a joke.
