I made a cashout request the other. Shortly after I got an email, requesting standard documents for proof of ID and address. Wont be able to send that in untill Tuesday, will report back afterwards.

I said multiple times itt that I know of people not being paid rb or affiliate money owed to them. I know of others who have been in contact with moore about their accounts being locked for no reason. I have no idea what is really going on but hope you get your'e money soon.

What I meant was I have no clue if this illumanati guy in here was being truthful at all about players cashing out their poker funds. The only people I know who played on Moore are still locked and Moore says its ipoker who locked them and there isn't anything they can do. They said something like they won't be paying rb until they get the money from ipoker? Seems really strange that ipoker can't come out and give an official statement regarding why they kicked Moore off the network. (maybe they have said why and i missed it) One of my friends was also told he had xxxx in his account which was like 25% of what he should have had.

It seems they simple dont have a money to pay out biggest players and just try to cashout smaller players for the reason that players could come back and loose it at the casino.

So... Any further correspondence will not be taken into consideration, as in they won't even read the e-mails I send to try to clear this up, wtf? I'm an American in Colombia. A month or so ago I e-mailed them asking if I could use a screenshot of my Moneybookers page as my address verification. After all, I had something sent to the house I was staying to verify my Moneybookers, but none of the utilities or anything where in my name. I was told in an e-mail that this would be fine. That was when nobody was getting paid, so I just waited patiently for awhile. I finally got around to sending in the documents, was told I needed to send an address verification, and forwarded them the e-mails I had been sent saying that was an okay method to verify my address. A week or so of no response, and I finally get this e0mail. Even if my Moneybookers isn't acceptable form of address verification, why close my account, why not just request a different form of verification? They say I deliberately gave them false information, which isn't true. I gave them all the details for where I was staying and the only identity I provided was my own. **** you very much Moore games. ****ing thieves.

Actually got my money from moore games today on Neteller.. The small amount I had left. But I didnt got back my rakeback they took back.
Their Answer was: "- 20. Massive Group N.V. reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its own discretion"

The players will only get bonusmoney back if Moore games recives funds from ipoker.
