Moneybookers now with Security Token

Are hacked accounts a thing of the past? I like the trend we're seeing, hopefully all poker sites and ewallets will have this in place in the future.

Dear 4thstreetpete,

As one of our most valuable customers, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to take advantage of our new security token programme. The security token is a physical device designed to increase log in security and is offered free of charge to VIPs. The key benefits are:

- Generation of a unique password for every log-in
- Increased security to protect your funds
- Hassle-free setup
- Easy-to-use key fob design

To learn more and apply for a security token, log in to your Moneybookers account and visit the new ‘Security centre’ section.

If you have any questions or queries about the security token or any other VIP request, please contact our VIP team.

Warm regards,

Sarah Cranston
Head of VIP

It's going to go public soon I would assume, it doesn't cost that much. It's just nice to know that they already have this in place. We're heading in the right direction as we see more companies are now using the security tokens now and will force others to adopt the program as well.

Exactly.

And the more self-regulation like this happens, the less governments can think up to take control over it.

If you are not a VIP your amount should be so low that a Token isn`t really necessary
Otherwise becoming a VIP should be easy for you ;P

Ordered mine insta yesterday =)

Use up your limits, transfer $10k per month to merchants.

Re: Moneybookers now with Security Token

I already requested mine,

the only problem is that I have 3 accounts in moneybookers and now it is going to be strange to have 3 differents token

I received too the mastercard some weeks ago and now with the secure token I think moneybookers is going to be the best way for poker in internet
The problem is the ATM withdrawal limit, just 250 Euros per day in moneybookers, I think this is too low

Re: Moneybookers now with Security Token

Agreed, but the 2500 EUR per day spending limit is awesome. These tokens should be super secure, which means you can keep large balances in MB and you won't need to keep money on the sites...As long as your limits are high enough for depositing on the sites, it should be easy to move money around and it all should be much more secure. VERY good stuff...
