After everything that has happened already with Internet Poker in the States one has to realize that any online roll they have can easily be gone at anytime. To my knowledge the only US facing site to pay its players back after getting booted from the states is Stars...... Anybody who has deposited post black friday has nothing to complain about, we all know what we are getting going in. If the money is gone , the money is gone and there isnt a damn thing anybody can do about it. Hopefully that is isnt the case but it shouldnt a be surprise to any of us if it is. And LOL @ thinking Neil is going to be able to walk on water for you, he is a rep of a skin on the network, He doesnt have any access to the inner financial workings of sed network.

My guess? I doubt there was in letter from Homeland Security, I think that proof would be out there if it was true. My guess is that is just wasnt financially feasible for everleaf to offer poker in the states, they hadnt grew like Merge had and I imagine they made the decision to walk away, none of us know the cost of processing deposits and withdraws, but my guess is whatever that cost was, it was to high for a network the size of Everleaf. As far as the money, who knows, it could be there , it could also not be, you will find out eventually.......

To be blunt, neither have you.

Everyone who has money tied up on everleaf has a right to be pissed right now. I certainly am, and I only had a few hundred. However, we all have no choice but to wait for everleaf to tell us what to do. In the meantime, having Neil around at least provides some degree of comfort in that we have someone delegating for us. Without Neil in this thread, you just have a bunch of people guessing what did happen, could've happened, and will happen.

You may not think so, but it seems the majority of players would prefer to hear him give an update, even if it's nothing, so they know they haven't been abandoned. As a matter of fact, some people have specifically requested that he update every day, even if he had no news. So he could:

1) Not post until he knows something new, getting some people all worked up.
2) Post daily updates, annoying a few people like you, who could...ignore the posts!

I am not able to log into the client but I can get to support on their site mintedpoker.eu I think. Don't bother talking to them if you are asking about returning funds they will give you nothing but the same line over and over
