The good news is I was able to isolate it this time. There's no record of the hand, but I have the one before and one after and it shows the discrepancy because the blinds are in the wrong position/not where they should be.
For anyone unaware, this bug happens at the end of a hand and you'll see the message "table refreshing" in the chat box. I won the hand and was awarded no money, and suddenly a new hand starts and it's as if the hand never happened. There's nothing in the replayer and I'm checking, but I don't think there is a hand history written to disk.
I'm working with support at the moment but have screen shots that will show this and if anything I'm just happy I was able to get solid proof on this one because the one's from the past I did not. Will post that asap.
EDIT: I really hope tech will be able to see this problem now. I was able to explain it really well and show the problem. This has been the hard part because there is never any record of the hand, but because this one completely changed the positions of the button, it was helpful to see that indeed something happened between two consecutive hands. I've asked support to forward the entire convo and again hopefully tech can reproduce it from there. IMO this might be related to someone joining a table at a very specific time (in between the blinds perhaps)

It's funny that you said that. The client crashed during an all in pot where I had top set. When I logged back on, my stack size seemed to be the same as before the hand started, and not a big stack or default 100BB's auto rebuy but like the pot was chopped. I emailed support regarding the hand and they had no record of it in there system.

Re: ***MintedPoker / Minted Poker Official Support & Promotions Thread***
Ok so posting two hands. The hand that I got the "table refreshing" message and that disappeared would be in between hand1 and hand2. In the glitch hand I (nosuckoutplz) was in the BB and Besik10 was in the SB. I won the pot with a bet on the turn, IIRC.
Hand1: Take note of the position of the button and blinds, the person joining, but not sat yet, and the number (8 of 28) in the replayer at the bottom right.
Hand2: I'm now one from the BB (UTG) and somehow the joiner (lancy) was able to be dealt into the hand and posted the SB. This should not happen and means Besiik10 had the BB twice in a row. Also note the hand # at bottom right (9 of 28)
Here's the hands copied in succession straight from my HH folder

So a couple problems here: 1. The biggest one being there was a hand played to completion that did not count, either financially nor any record HH wise, it's just completely gone and like it never happened. This has and can happen in a big pot as well. 2. Lancy (the joiner) should not be able to be dealt in right away and take the small blind. He wouldn't even be able to "buy the blinds" because Besik10 would have to post the BB twice. Besik wound up having to take the blinds twice anyway so obviously that was wrong. I've made this post so people can understand the problem, including tech. I'm forwarding the link to the visual post to operations.
As a player there's nothing you can do that I have noticed to avoid this happening. I'm thinking the glitch may have something to do with the joining player, but I DO KNOW for sure a "table refreshing" message comes up and along with a pause of about 20 seconds, it then plays a new hand so it may have to do with w/e table refreshing is/means.

Starting with version 5.9.9 our poker bots support this new iPoker skin. They have a good 200% deposit bonus and the standard iPoker points = cash scheme. In addition, we have arranged a special instant $50 added deal (not to your bonus account but to your cash balance). You only need 1,000 player points before withdrawing!
Instant Cash Bonus at Gutshot Poker
• 200% Deposit Bonus up to $1,000. This is the normal first deposit bonus that this iPoker skin offers. Deposit any amount and receive a 200% deposit bonus added to your bonus account, which clears in the normal manner.
• $50 Instant Cash Added. This is by our special arrangement. In addition to the normal 200% deposit bonus above, you will get $50 added to your cash balance instantly. However be aware that you must accumulate 1,000 player points before making a withdrawal (which is an absolute piece of cake and can be completed within just a couple days using the bot).
• Special Freerolls and Reload Offers. By being tagged as one of our referrals you will receive offers to invitation-only freeroll tournaments and special reload offers from time to time. These special freerolls can be juicy! For example, a $500 freeroll with maybe 50 or 60 entrants is not uncommon – yummy!
To Get the Special Gutshot Deal:
1. Sign up at the regular website URL: http://www.gutshot.com
2. Login and create a poker alias name.
3. Deposit the equivalent of at least $100 USD
4. With 24 hours of making your first deposit email us your poker room username (from the same email address that you signed up with) at: *********@yahoo.com. We will take care of the rest and you will see the extra $50 credited to your account in 24-48 hours.

********* at Yahoo.com has the deal, not the poker room. I hope Minted figures out who this affiliate is and bans everyone attached to them.

Re: ***MintedPoker / Minted Poker Official Support & Promotions Thread***
Neil,
I know this has been brought up at nauseum but it deserves another round. Banning players who generate the most rake for the sight just because they are winning is ridiculous. I generate over $400/day in rake on average and yet now I can't play. So you are telling me it is more important to keep recreational players "happy" who generate probably less than $50/day in rake as opposed to your loyal high volume customers. This makes no sense to me and imo is just bad business as you are going to lose a sh_t ton for the days I and others are locked out. Then you are going to lose allot more when we all leave which your site is forcing us to do.
750 euros over a 7 day period is nothing especially if you are playing at any reasonable stakes. That is less than 2 bi's at 400NL, about 3.5 at 200NL and 7.5 at 100NL. So basically you guys are saying you only want micro stakes and losing players on your site. If this policy doesn't change soon, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. Thanks.

Just to update on the scammer, I got my money back today after Minted finished its investigation. It was pretty clear that the player in question was scamming and he didn't provide any evidence showing that I owed him money on a "prop bet" so it was shipped back to me.
thanks neil and minted support for helping me get my money back!

Yeah +1. I was also involved in the scam and the situation was definitely handled well by Minted and especially Neil, who was very timely and helpful in all his communication with me.

had 3 happy days, now waiting another week..
btw it makes rake races pointless, i was in the top in both after 8 days then i had to stand back for the rest. not to mention the occasional bonus
but to be fair its pretty clear that minted has no word in these decisions
and whats up with cashouts? been waiting since 1/8(MB)

I raked over 2k euros in the last week that I was able to play.
I'm extremely close to moving my play entirely to other sites...

Yes table refreshing has been happening again for a few weeks. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason why it happens. It doesn't seem to be connected to when a new player joins the table but when they do they will be dealt into the hand in whatever position they are. I joined once during "refreshing" and was dealt in as the button without posting blinds.
As to what "table refreshing" is......it seems to be connected to a new game starting. I am not sure but I seem to remember situations like the one I describe below happening on a consistent basis. I have not been in many of these situations myself and was not paying much attention to the exact details.
Let's say the table is 3 handed and 2 players sitout. Another player joins, one player sits back in and a new hand starts. Not only does a new hand start but a new game starts with the blind position not being determined by the last hand played. When the new game starts I believe I have seen the "table refreshing".
I do not usually start tables. For those that do, does "table refreshing" occur when the game starts?
Bottom line is that there might been something causing the client to perceive the next hand as a new game.
