Ok to be honest i was a little concerned aswell about delays in cashouts but not too paranoid , i have noticed some delays my end aswell and i appreciate i receive cashouts alot faster then most of you guys, i spoke with support about these recent delays and she guaranteed me whole heartedly that minted/everleaf is in a safe place and funds are always secure, she told me that delays are due to the holiday period mainly which there is a huge overload of requests and they only have so much manpower to make them so fast, i assumed this would be the case and like i said am not to paranoid over this I only hope she was being sincere "which i believe she was" she did also say her job is very important to her and if there was a reason to worry she would be worrying and she isnt, which was a little reassuring to me.

Also the first thing i did before i even signed up to minted was make sure player funds are segregated and always safe because after the black Friday mess i think every player should be assertive and careful even us Euro players.

Neil when you talk to the network about the absurd sng rake. Please ask them to look at the difference between the 5s and the 10s they charge the same rake. I mean it would even make more sense if the 10s charged more, the sng traffic is really bad.

At least if everleaf lowered the rake a little and realised that they cant charge the same on regular speed vs hypers. No other network does this, if nobodys playing these why not see if a change might help pick up the sng intrest.

Sure if they only went after sportsbooks and casinos, but then they showed they were willing to go after poker sites too so I'm just sayin what's the point anymore?

Neil, could you share how the Moneybooker cashouts are processed? Support told me their processed in bunches so the processing time could vary depending on when the next batch will be processed. Do you guys randomly process them or are they processed on certain days or something?

Would like to know this, too.

I requested MB cash out just because support told me that processing time is 24-48hrs, but it's obviously a lot more than that.

I'm not saying anybody has anything to worry about but believing some random support person is a bit ridiculous. Her job is to reassure you. I bet she isn't experiencing any delays in her paychecks.

Segregation of funds doesn't really help either. Full Tilt apparently had their funds segregated and we saw where that has ended up(though it looks like we'll eventually get paid there).

Not much at all. If any it is usually limited to heads up action. I tried and all I got was someone sitting out on me. I guess I got to be Italian for action lol!
