Hi
I did not reply to any of your posts as you never asked me for any advice or help, you simply appeared to want to post as much information about your case as possible. I do not believe putting issues like this into a public forum is the best way forward at least until you have received a response which states the case is closed.
From what I gather your account has been suspended and security is waiting for your response. If your account is locked for more than a few moments you and the rest of the poker community would understand that the integrity of our network is of utmost importance. On occasions we make mistakes, not saying this is as I have no information, and we will do what ever is necessary to put things right.
So far the only information I have is what is written ITT; I do not even know your username so I can locate your account. Now all this said, if you email me your Username to neil@mintedpoker. eu I will look into this situation and come back to you as soon as I can gather the information needed.
Regards
Neil

Well, Minted hasn't really come out and said that, have they? It seems that Minted has not provided an adequate explanation, so people should really get off this guy's back.
It also seems that they suggested that the investigation is incomplete, so a bit of waiting is probably in order.

I seriously am so fed up with online poker and Minted, you are NOT helping. Going straight back to Bodog. apdfsapodifj

Because maybe we don't think that minted's fraud support would be getting on your ass and telling us you were working with another player who by the way does not even speak english if there weren't a good reason for it and def not gonna lock your account if you didn't say anything to the guy I mean how do you expect us to blindly take your word over the site's word?

no they haven't I'm saying it might not be a huge deal but op is acting like he's got something to hide. afaik minted's support has made a perfectly clear accusation.

Re: ***MintedPoker / Minted Poker Official Support & Promotions Thread***
alright, I sent you an e-mail.
i don't expect you to blindly do anything, but you are blindly taking the site's side on the matter.
I am completely innocent and now my account is blocked for this. There's not much more I can say. I do not believe there's any good reason for this - I was given no solid explanation for why I am being investigated, just presented with this ONE HAND.

Minted aside, I have seen enough shady explanations and confiscations from various sites to know never to blindly take the word of the site. This is one of the very reasons why 2+2 is useful. Again, nothing about Minted here.
Frankly, Minted should have been much more specific in their email regarding exactly what was said, since they are implying collusion. It's a bit ridiculous to ask OP to state why he did anything when they haven't specified what was done. They asked him to explain "what happened" and why he "followed sorky1's instructions" -- that's vague as can possibly be. The burden is on Minted to state what OP violated, and provide proof that he did so.

how can you say that it seems i have something to hide and i'm in the wrong because minted is clearly more reputable, and then say this? You're a crappy poster, good job getting to close to 2,000 posts but I can assure you the quality of your posts is crap.

These are excellent cliffs to my case at Minted. Thank you very much ak, excellent post.
edit: and this is the reason i come to 2+2 with things like this. First to show the unprofessionalism of the business that I'm dealing with (i have told Minted myself but they have done nothing about it). And 2 to get support and feedback from quality thinking individuals like yourself.

I said this because I hope that minted finds that you didn't do anything wrong idk how you can misconstrue the meaning of that

TO ak you are right I shouldn't blindly follow the site's word for it. I clearly took this part of the email to mean that there was an exchange between op and sorky1. That is why I thought op had something to hide. If infact he doesn't I'm sorry I jumped the gun. As for the site's exchange with op, I agree that they have gone about the process poorly. They should have at the very least shown sorky's exact chat and all associated hands. Once again, I hope to see op deemed innocent and like me and music fund said there's not anything else to say.

+1
I would love to have more tounaments added to the tlb. Let us know what you find out Neil. Thanks!

You've been here for 9 months, but I guess you don't read this forum all that much. Time and again, people post their sob stories and then it comes out that there's more to it, often much more. So, people are often skeptical - don't worry about it.

Probably a better idea than posting things ITT every 15 minutes and wasting your time arguing with people. But I'd suggest giving Neil a little time to look into it first.

Re: ***MintedPoker / Minted Poker Official Support & Promotions Thread***
i know that there's often more to the story, but i guess my case may be a minority.
I am going to give it a rest, I apologize Bobo Fett and the rest.
I hope the site works out the kinks.. it has some promise but definitely needs to work on this aspect as this has been nightmarish for me feeling like I may never see my funds.
I have spoken with Neil in PM's and I am confident it will be resolved and will give it a rest. Thanks.
