For me here are the 3 issues with the disconnect that I'm having(I've reported it to Support and CC'd Neil on it):

1) Simply disconnects in the middle of a hand.
2) I select an action during my turn to act and it just sits there and never accepts the action. Normally this is followed by a screen showing it's trying to reconnect after a few seconds.
3) The most unusual and I'm curious to know if anyone else has had this happen. When it's my turn to act the action buttons appear. I select the action and the buttons disappear. Within a few seconds the cursor starts flashing between a cursor and an hour glass and the action buttons RE-APPEAR as if I never selected anything During one such hand I sent to IT and Neil I selected all available options and during the 4-5 time selecting an option it finally called.

When sending the email please send specifically what is happening. There is obviously some type of issue as there are multiple reports. The issue wasn't affecting me when the first few people reported the issue, but now it is to the point where I'm unable to play until it's resolved.

If anyone else has had this issue, please reply ITT and send the email so support can look into it. If it happens, try to get the HH because most of them will not be imported into HEM because of the disconnect.
As you stated the hand histories aren't being imported into HEM because of the disconnect but i managed to write down one of the hands when the disconnect happened. i emailed it to them and got this reply back

Thank you for your email,

I am sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties during the Haugesund 19 / Table ID: 105978. Our Technical team have reviewed your account and they have seen your disconnection during hand 290412165.

They have checked the server records and there are no records of any interruptions and other players continued playing without any problems.

There may be several reasons why you lost your connection; for example, a problem with your computer’s settings or a technical problem with your Internet service. Normally your software should automatically re-connect. If this does not work, try restarting the programme by logging out and back in again - under most circumstances, you will be immediately reseated back to your tables.

Sometimes other software running on your computer may be preventing the software from accessing the internet – try to avoid downloading files and using file-sharing software whilst playing in our Card Rooms.

Your connection speeds also may be affected by your local internet traffic at that time.

If you continue to have connection problems, please contact your Internet Provider for advice on your internet connection speeds and / or us here at support and we can look into the matter further for you.

If you need further information please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Kind regards,

Francesco

pretty sure it isn't a problem on my end. i am playing under usual circumstances with a solid connection and on top of it, other players have this same issue. i'll resend them an email and update

I'm (obviously) a first time poster strongly considering opening up a Minted account. I'm confused about the above. The reference I've seen to the mint500 code (on another site) said that it's "500% up to $1,000", in contrast to "100% up to $400" for the mint100 code. Both specify that it's "10 equal parts" too. That sounds like the mint500 is better for any deposit size, unless I'm missing something really obvious, which I'm sure I am. What is it?

Yea I know it's not on our end as I was also playing at another Poker Network and had ZERO issues while having nothing but issues on Everleaf.

This is their standard email on these situations and they really need to look into the issue more thoroughly. I have confidence that Neil that he will make sure they review this more thoroughly. With the amount of reports here on 2p2 all in the same time frame it's clear to me that the issue isn't on our end. Especially when I had no problem on other Networks at the same time.

Thanks for sending the email to support. I'm done for today and if it happens tomorrow I will stop then too. I can't continue to drop buy-ins at NL50 and NL100 because of disconnects

Each bonus clears at a different rate. The higher the bonus the slower it clears. In other words, a lot of players wouldn't come close to clearing some of the bonuses and it would be better to take the smaller bonus in their case.

It will be different for each player depending ont he volume you play and the stakes. If your a micro player that doesn't put a ridiculous amount of volume it would probably be best just to do the 100% bonus that clears the fastest.

I don't know the specifics though and the above is just a guideline. You should estimate how much you think you will rake and then see how much of a bonus you would clear, then make a decision which bonus would be best for you

Above responses are why I don't bother sending reports when I am lagging , or being disconnected or folded out of hands. It always on my end blah blah blah sites servers working optimaly Six forum members alone had problems but not the sites servers that are affecting the games. Whatever. So Tilting lol.

+1 to the frequent freezeup and disconnection... happens about twice per hour and I would have to sit back at all the tables

Please report the issue to support. It's obvious there are issues and we need EVERYONE to report it so they do not claim the issue is on our end.

NEIL:

Please make sure that we do not just get the copy and paste emails that they are currently sending out. It's obvious with the amount of people having issues that it is something on Everleaf/Minted Poker's side.

Please make sure the issue is not ignored.

I have no reason to think you won't get the issue fixed, but just want to make sure.

It won't import the HH's if you experienced disconnects.

Please send an email to support and atleast explain the situation. This could atleast convince support there was some sort of problem, especially since you also experienced it around the same time as others.

Played about 2k hands so far and still no rakeback that I can see. It says "rb will be activated after first deposit" when I look at my bonus page. Do I have to wait until Tuesday or is there something wrong with the system?

Why is that a bad thing? You dislike dead money?

No different than getting put at a table of regs vs table of mostly fish. Given assignments are random it is hardly unfair.

Rakeback is paid normally on Tuesdays for Monday-Sunday's play.

It will be paid straight into your account and you will receive an email(2 if you played both USD and Euro tables) that breaks down the amount of Rake paid and shows the amount of RB you received.

I've always received mine no later than Tuesday so I would expect you will have it early tomorrow AM.
