Re: ***MintedPoker / Minted Poker Official Support & Promotions Thread***

Quick question about WU transfers. Am I supposed to use the in-minutes method? There's no option to list address info for the receiver; only the first and last name is listed. It also says they have to walk in to pick up the money.

Does this mean I have to wait until someone goes to the location and receives my money before I get the money on my account?

Hi,

I dont know if it was already covered but why are you capin 5€ on Euro tables ?! Thats 7$ actually when yourself cap dollar tables at standard 3$ everywhere below 200nl (4$ above) and when other euro sites cap at 3€ or even 2€ to stick near parity.
Please your site is fine and deserves more traffic but do something about cap at € tables.

Ps: there is some bug with autotopup : at some tables I got a popup sayin "too much money on table" in every single hand when im above 100bb and sometimes that dont even auto rebuy when im below.

First, I agree 100%.

It has been covered and Everleaf has stood firm on the CAP on euro Tables. They do offer 3 Euro Cap Tables, but they never fill(do all skins have access to these tables????).

Honestly, this is likely the one single thing Everleaf could do to increase traffic tremendously. They have good support, a 2p2 presence, soft competition, HUD compatible, fast US Cashouts, etc..... The rake is probably the one thing that is holding them back from increasing traffic at a high rate, IMO.

Hopefully with informed players like you and the rest of us that have brought this up, Everleaf will rethink this stance. With Italian sites now allowed to offer Cash Games, hopefully this will cause them to reconsider the rake also.

Re: ***MintedPoker / Minted Poker Official Support & Promotions Thread***

My trip report to Minted. Finishing up my second week, really my first full week.
I am really liking and enjoying the site. Support is really good , they had an explosion in Cyprus where site is located but still answered emails promptly even though live chat was down. Live chat a great feature when back up. Got everything promised from 40 percent rakeback to first depositers western union fees.

I am playing mosty omaha pl or rather exclusively pl omaha. I went from 300 to 380 back to 220 back to 390. Back to 220 yesterday now back to 310. When I get ahed I seem to get cooler after cooler. Yesterday flopped queen set at .10 .20 euro game capped all the way guy called to the river with aa and hit his 2 outer on the river no flush board. Oh well thats my tale of woe.

Seeing more and more USA players. Could do without a lot of them as more and more of them are shortstacking all the games.

This past week I have played mostly .10 .20 euro and .10 .20 us. I have Played 900 games this week in usdollars and raked 41 dollars for the week. I have played 1540 euros games and raked 46 euros for the week. Deposited 300 up 10 dollars less 12 dollar western union fee which I was reimbursed for. 300 bonus i received clears in 10 pars so 30 dollars per part . I have cleared 30 dollar bonus part 1 and raked 40 dollars or so for myself for the week. Anyway I am enjoying the site. Thank god for the Italian players have only seen couple of good players from that country of residence, please recruit heavily there Neill.

Re: ***MintedPoker / Minted Poker Official Support & Promotions Thread***

I made my first deposit last night via WU, it showed pending in the cashier for 15 min then disappeared, have sent a pm to neal, and an email to support, I guess when i paid in WU my debit card had my middle initial on it(my registration didn`t but there isn`t even a Middle initial field), so my name didn`t match, support asked me to confirm the name i used in WU last night, sent that and now just waiting to hear back. Hopefully it comes through in time for me to play some this weekend.

Go ahead and make a deposit then email me your username and the bonus you want – I will sort it out!

I can request some but based on the player numbers on Omaha I doubt they will fill much – let’s see what we can do!

Nicely said - Thanks! I don’t think anyone wants to see that same situation repeated.

Re: ***MintedPoker / Minted Poker Official Support & Promotions Thread***

Isn't there going to be a 250 dollar freeroll for 2 plus 2 to tomorow, for those who have accrued 100 points? Password still going up today?

Rahful just wondering if you know that both you and your friend have to clear 1,000 points each (about 100 bucks each in rake) upon your friend depositing in order to both get the 50 dollar bonus.

Figured out that on my bonus of 300 released in 10 parts have to rake 120 dollars for each part. Not that bad of a deal.

Yes – the password will go up today. Registration starts in just under 4 hours and the password will be posted around then!

I’ve been playing on Minted for a couple of weeks now. I was very happy with the site until I suddenly started running massively under EV in all in situations. I understand with the looser style of many of the players that this is far more likely over a small sample.

The last 3 days all I’ve been doing is paying rake and running $350.00 under AIEV at .50 NL in barely over 1,000 hands. This was equally divided between 2, 3 and 6 outers on the turn or river. I know this is a small sample and can easily be attributed to variance and looser players. So nobody needs to repeat that.

This is a small network known for trying to “protect” its weaker players with that absurd stars program. With that line of thinking and the rake I’m already unimpressed. There’s no incentive to play higher than .20 NL with that rake. I can beat the games on Merge, I live Vegas, I don’t need Minted.

I’m now back to my original deposit which I impulsively cashed out last night. I cancelled the cashout and will continue to play at the lower limits until I’m satisfied this site is worth my time.
