I was able to pick my preferred seat. Only played 2 tables (its all they had), so don't know if you have to do it every time.

Yeah you can pick a seat but when you come back later it does not remember the seat. I have looked everywhere and there is no way to save where you want your seat. Every time I have to right click and move here. It can be annoying because when you get moved in a tournament, you have to do the same process. If you have a lot of tables going on it can be a pain.

I requested a withdraw by Western Union on May 20th. It hasn't been processed yet but I will let you know when it has. I am hoping that it is done tomorrow.

If you are wondering how to get rid of the Dealer you can follow the instructions below:

Duplicate one of the dealer pics (f.e \Graphics\Dealer\Set0\DealerOne1.cbm), rename it and copy it to the directories below(for Vista/Win 7). You will have to copy it and paste it 3 times and Rename it to match the file in each directory.

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\MintedPoker\(onc e here follow the Directories below)

Graphics\MainGraphics\Set0\Table\CustomAvatarBorde r.cbm
\Graphics\MainGraphics\Set0\Table\CustomAvatarEmpt yBackground.cbm

Example: Take DealerOne1.cbm (Directory: \Graphics\Dealer\Set0\DealerOne1.cbm) rename it: CustomAvatarBorder.cbm and paste in the Directory Below:

\Graphics\MainGraphics\Set0\Table\CustomAvatarBord er.cbm

Make sure you use an empty dealer picture. It should be 0KB for confirmation.

You will get an error message about a broken picture file and redownloading when you start the Poker Client. Simply hit Ok and everything will work properly if you done everything right.

Again, the credit here mainly goes to VVolf69. He was the one that provided most of the information to me. He also helped me find a way around getting rid of the Avatar's(circles and all). I will provide those to anyone interested.

Not sure of a way to use a larger Dealer button currently. I do know that VVolf69 plans on releasing some new Everleaf mods in the near future and hopefully that will be included.

I bolded the items I continue to have issues with. Some of this you just get used to just by playing a while. But the bolded items in particular need improvement as after more than 10k hands I'm still annoyed by these things.

I would 1st like to thank you all for your suggestions on improving our software. Unfortunately we are not the same size of pokerstars so development times may be longer than you have been used to however all suggestions are noted and discussed.

I can re-confirm many of the suggestions put forward recently will be part of a brand new poker client due for release in the 3rd quarter of this year. This said; please continue to provide suggestions as without them we simply don't improve.

Agree with most of what everyone is suggesting and want to add a few more things:

-Security Token. As Everleaf/Minted continue to grow a Security Token would make a lot of serious players feel a lot more comfortable with their funds on Minted Poker. This is something that could help you take advantage of the US market since no other US Poker Sites offer a Security Token right now.
-Sit out at all tables/Sit out next BB at all tables.
-I know you have a new Store/VIP Program coming soon, but I would love to see a few more options to use your points on. I know the points were originally just a way to track your bonus clearing but a way to use them to buy into SNG's or regular MTT tournaments would be great. Example: 100 points=$1 towards a tournament buy-in(just a number I'm throwing out. Obviously it would have to be financially viable for Minted to do and I'm not sure what that number may be.) Even if it was a special promotion you ran for a week or day every so often, it would generate some SNG/Tournament action that could lead to permanent action. It could also bring in some former players to use their points and when they see some of the other improvements you've made and realize they can use their points for direct buy-ins from time to time, they may make Minted their permanent home.

I'm sure I will have some more suggestions soon.

I also want to add I like that you've done a lot recently in Promotions to generate buzz for Minted Poker and all that you do to make Minted a Player friendly site. Keep up the good work.

If you start growing a tad more, can that get on there? Don't feel bad, I think Merge just GOT to synchronized breaks.

this. rsa token is best way to get grinders on the site and keep a decent amount of money there.

PS/FTP charged very little for their rsa tokens but i'd honestly pay like $300 for one if you guys were worried about the costs or something.

Other suggestions:

When you move in a tournament, it would be nice to keep the same seat position. Instead of having to click and move me here over and over again.

Have the option to always wait for the big blind instead of having to click wait for big blind.

Have the option to automatically join a table and take a seat when you see an empty seat. Instead of having to open a table and then click on a seat open position.

I don't see these world series steps, either, that are being promoted.

Where are they?

Click on the tournament tabs. It is listed under regular. They are mixed in with the regular tournaments. They go off every now and again. They have World series step 1, 2 ,3 and final. The next step goes off a 1:15 pm Eastern Time. They usually have been running steps 1-3 everyday lately. I believe the final one usually goes off once or week or something like that.

Very interesting that you are going to be releasing new software later this year. Was this planned pre "Black Friday" or was this a result of "Black Friday" and realizing that Everleaf had an oppurtunity?

Is this completely new software that has not been used at any other poker site in the past? Is Everleaf developing the software, or have they contracted the software our?

No, minted is on the Everleaf network.

Minted Poker is on the Everleaf Network.

I will also add that they offer a better variety of Cashier options then Merge, IMO.

Minted Poker offers free Bank Wires as a Cashout option. Your bank may charge you for these wires, but you can easily open a bank account where they accept Domestic and International Wires free, which is exactly what I done.

They also offer Western Union and PicClub. They previously offered UMW as an option. As you may be aware of, UMW has experienced some issues which have led to most PokerSites removing them from the Cashier. I assume if these issues are cleared up, Everleaf/Minted will offer them once again. Hopefully Neil can comment on this.

I've not yet Cashed out from an Everleaf skin, but I should be making a Cashout later this week. Since their Bank Wires it should be much faster than the paper checks that Merge uses. Plus if you have/open a bank account that does not charge for Wires, you will save $ compared to the fee that Merge charges.

As I stated above, I've not done a Cashout yet on an Everleaf skin, but I will be doing one later this week most likely. It is from another skin, but I will still post the information when I do request it. I will probably be trying the Bank Wire.

Neil, correct me if I'm wrong, but most skins use the same Cashier so most of the Cashout times should be relatively similar?

The traffic isn't as good as Merge and the SNG's don't run much yet. Hopefully this will change though. With skins like Minted Poker promoting their skins, like Neil ITT, they have an oppurtunity to capture some of the US traffic.

I would recommend you go ahead and create an account through an affiliate and keep an eye on the traffic. The traffic is mostly 6max Cash, but you could always play on multiple Networks to take advantage of different promo's and have access to more tables to Game select. That would be my suggestion. If you play MTT's I've seen a few tournaments already with Overlay, which is always a plus. From the comments Neil has made ITT, they are looking to add some more Guaranteed tournaments and specifically Freezeouts.

We don’t offer checks as an option. Wires we quote 28 days and usually take pretty much all that time. Other options are PIC club and Western Union. The last 2 will take anywhere from 2 – 5 days on average with some taking a few days longer.

Absolutely; I would like to see all your suggestions live and active today, but it’s just not possible.

All I can do is pass on your thoughts and see if it’s something we can implement. At $300 a time I am all for this idea 

We are looking into having a default seat position and will let you know if it is an easy fix for us. The other suggestions have been added to the list.

The new software has been in development for quite some time prior to BF. I don’t really want to go into too much detail just yet as it’s still in need of a good few months work.

UMW will return once any rumoured issues have been resolved.
