Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

HM2 does not work on the new site. I dont know how you can launch a new site and have so many problems. Is this your first time launching a site? I s there not testing before you launch it? When will the issues be fixed you cant even click on a table in cash game without it saying the seats no longer available when it finall yloads after 3 minutes
. Very disappointed and wishing I could play Pokerstars again. Merge is a joke and I always seem to have problems with them

Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

-P2P transfers are broken, as everyone else has covered

-lag is brutal, as everyone else has covered

-not being able to see which players are at each table in the lobby is RIDICULOUS, as everyone else has covered

-auto post blinds option needs to be on each table (as opposed to only in the lobby ... we need to be able to turn this on/off on a table-by-table basis)

-"bet amount snaps to (either small blind or big blind)" is a good feature, but it's not currently functional (i have it set on small blind, it's functioning as if i have it set on big blind)

-it should be possible to be able to get rid of the "guaranteed tournaments" list at the left of the lobby; it takes up like 25% of the lobby and some of us don't give a crap b/c we don't play tournaments

-good to see that player search has been added, but it doesn't work

-it should be possible to use the game filter setting to filter for only one ring game limit (right now, the minimum is two limits)

-my rakeback is messed up

-neither HM nor PT3 is functional, but i understand that that's not merge's fault

-all things considered, the software is far from playable right now for any player who's remotely serious

-----

-graphics are much crisper

-tile function is working better

-notes system is improved

-lobby/general interface is improved

-----

i think this update will be a significant improvement over the old software assuming it gets fixed up a bit. i think it would be a good idea to look into hiring a serious player or two so as to expedite updates like this in the future and ensure that merge is near the forefront of contemporary online poker software. it would only take ONE such individual. i noticed everything above in about 15 minutes of clicking through the software.

those are my thoughts, thanks for your consideration.

Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

those of you requesting that they switch back to the old software need to stfu and stop cluttering the thread.

that's not going to happen, obviously. your whining is wasting people's time and accomplishing the opposite of what your intention is.

this is standard ... it used to happen with stars and FTP all the time, and 2+2ers' diligence/suggestions are more or less the reason FTP's software went from solid to incredible over the span of two or three years. make less silly one-line whine posts, make more posts that include specific recommendations. obviously merge's best interests align with ours, in general. i belive they'll fix what they need to.

there are significant improvements in this software. if you don't see the potential for a better playing experience (assuming they fix the negatives that have arrived with the new software), you're a clown.

Sincerely, thanks for the feedback and this is one major issue that keeps coming up:

"-not being able to see which players are at each table in the lobby is RIDICULOUS, as everyone else has covered"

OK, there is a teeny tiny arrow in front of the room name of the game on the left side (in the game lobby),
click on it, it will point down,
then if you have no lag, it will show the players balance, wait list and seats.

Client will not initiate any actions, 3 tables combined for under 20 hands dealt in 1 hour, completely frozen at the moment, logging out.

The wife accused me of the same thing. But I'm not even logged into Merge.

Thank you tann. The whiners are tilting me trying to read these threads. If you are so worried about experiencing glitches then dont play now. You obviously know there is a new client being implemented, expect some bumps if you play or dont play tonight and wait for those bumps to be smoothed out.

You must be a newlywed, my wife and I have farting contests before sex now. It's called fartplay. Maybe now I can just play on Merge on the laptop in bed and skip the fartplay altogether and just get to the main event with less work. Great upgrade!

--Player list needs to be seen with one click. A drop down arrow is far inferior. Use the tournament announcement space on the left.

--MTT table balancing not working correctly. Some people are short handed or heads up with 100+ people left in the MTT.

--Promotions page loads, but says "Forbidden" when you click to open any of the leaderboards.

Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

Balance your MTT tables, morons. A table should not play all the way from 9 people to heads up AND STAY THAT WAY in a non-shootout tournament when there are still 90+ people in the tournament

These two things actually DO work for me, although the player search was not functioning earler but it works for me now.
