Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

Mini mode needs to be a choice and the table should still be resizeable while in mini mode like it was before. Snapping into mini mode only when making the table as small as possible is absurd. Also, the pre-action buttons are ridiculously small as are the cards. Many tables just refuse to open and need to be force quit with the task manager as they only load part way. I am sure others have mentioned these but also the HH functionality is bad.

Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

Guys:
I got some Feed back from DEV.

1. For Lag, if you have been waiting for the update for some time then got then played, it will lag, otherwise.

a. restart PC & client, then let us know about the lag : where and in what circumstance. And it will be seriously looked at.

b. Under: Games: my ring games/my tournaments * This has been DISABLED for the next day, as it was factor in some lag issues. If you click on them now, they just don't do anything.

I'm getting this across the board, the disable 2 issues that were causing it;
can you tell your table to restart their client and get back to me on it?

Sorry, I know it is above and beyond, especially at a launch, but we're just trying to mange it at this point.

Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

Btw, Dev is monitoring this thread now. Again, lag issue, please restart client now, then let us know in detail what is going on here.

I expect more feedback from Dev as it comes in.

Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

Still laging really bad.

HEM doesn't work

Doesn't seem like enough changed to make it worth all this hassle. The things we liked such as the box to the side with the players on table and tab for waiting list were actually a pretty big deal to take away.

Having to right click for waiting list really isn't the kind of thing I find easier. I'd like everything to be right there as buttons or tabs and not have to figure out right clicks etc.

Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

Ok, thanks, any comments are good as Dev is reading this thread, so just post and I'll give the response when it comes in.

Is everything lagging? I assume you reset your PC and restarted the client: so in that context, what exactly is lagging, please be specific, even if it is everything, please list it.
Thanks.

You click the arrow all the way to the left and it drops down ala bodog. Pretty garbage though. Also so tilting not having an autopost button at the table. Not sure why dev would remove a feature that was built into the old software and every other poker site in existence.

Re: **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

chat box is completely unreadable in what used to be mini mode, too.

and I play full ring, when I click on the arrow next to the table name to see the players at the table (and +1 to everyone who says this is just AWFUL), I only see 5 of the players' names. The graphical representation of the table in the lobby allows me to see all 9 players and their tags though, I guess that's why it's there.

I've got to think that designing the lobby so that viewing the players at the table causes another query to the servers isn't helping the lag issue.

it's almost like you're trying to discourage mutli-tabling with this update.

ETA: not having an auto-post button at the table is beyond absurd. why are you forcing me to lose several "free" hands per table when I'm trying to take a leak? The ~10 min/3 orbit limit to sitting out addresses the issue.

Having it on the right makes me thing I am the small blind EVERY time. This is a simply fix I'm sure.

Also, HEM not working is a huge problem. I simply wont play until it does.
Does HEM work on the new Revolution/Cake/Lock network?

Seriously considering switching over to there because of HEM not working and mainly because this software update is just plain brutal.

It did help. It's still lagging some but not as bad as before I restarted. Others who did this have also said the same

FWIW I have had no lag issues, although the lag from many others has been bad and killed games, but it is not across the board laggy. I have played from two different connections too.
