**Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

Hi Everyone,

This thread is for all Merge sites, players and reps, to jump in to ask questions, give feedback and report issues with the new upgrade. I'm just taking the initiate here just so we can a centralized thread on 2p2 for reference and a single point where I can point the Merge development team as well for issues that will inevitably come up.

Just a few points:

1. Before you jump into a game, please just go through each setting and familiarize yourself. Much of the player admin, cashier access has been integrated in the client itself.

2. Things like mini view are still there, but again, many table options you won't find until you open a table and click on 'Window Options"

3. At the time of this writing, not all functionality within the client has gone completely live, but what I'm finding is that as the time goes by, more and more functionality is being active.

4. Please just be constructive and know, it is a change from what was before, both visually and where the options to change settings and the general interface. So it will feel uncomfortable at first because you may not be able to jump back in as you did before the new client, but the upgrade is a good thing even if it not familiar yet.

Of course many of you will be annoyed and pissed off because of not being to find things right away, but again, if you're going to post, please read through the posts first and try to post what the actual issue rather than 'I liked it better before or why is there an upgrade etc.'

5. I would ask that any moderator simply update this opening post with any summaries, and any Merge site reps to simply answer where they can and lets all 'come together' and simply provide a good resource for all of our players on the network and here on 2p2.

6. Lastly, this upgrade was rolled out for every network site, so some of these sites do have dedicated support forums here and official threads such as, but not limited to: carbon, rpm, bcp, and hero and support issues related to your account should be posted there.

We have tested our own respective betas, obviously we think it is a good thing, and going live is always going to be difficult, but we ask for your patience and understand and we thank you for your player support as well. We hope in a short period that version 6.0 will 'rock the free world' and if not, then we hope with the feedback we can at least make another go at it.

EDIT: Functionality Issues Resolved:
1. Change Table background colours: Click open your game table, in the top right is the 'window options' from there 'Personalized Tables'
2. In the game Lobby window, there is the drop down option of "Settings"
2.1 "Poker Setting" (4th option down) : Auto Muck, Auto Post Blinds, Wait for Big Blind, Show 'All in' and adjust bet slider settings
2.2 "Display Setting" : Show dealer messages, player chat etc.
2.3 "Sound setting": Mute all sound seems to be the default
2.3 'Auto rebuy-settings' Can enable it, set parameters

3. Under 'Games' in lobby window: is the tournament coupons, hand history

less clicks when registering for a SNG.. WAY to many register and be done don't need the extra confirmations.

sometimes when stacking and the tables change the chips from the table before it show up on the table that pops up.

Not being able to see who is sitting at a selected table without clicking the drop-down menu for each individual table is a HUGE fail. No other sites that I know of work this way and it's for a reason. Any plans on rolling out this feature in the very near future?

Major Issue:

Everything is lagging about 10 seconds behind when I make an action. I thought it might just be a minor annoyance, but I thought for a few seconds in a pot then bet $18 into a $55 pot on the river... the system never responded or put my bet out there, but sat me out instead.

Be warned, if you're lagging this can happen to you. I'm definitly not playing until this issue is resolved.

Is Mac support for regging/player notes all up? I'm having trouble doing either.

Overall the changes are ok, two things I have an issue with:

1. The slider bar is now only jump to click or mouse wheel. Why isnt there the normal arrow to click to make bets bigger?

2. This is my main concern... HEM is currently not working. When will HEM be supported??

this upgrade is atrocious, if i open up a table it takes 20 secs to load, i got timed out on the river even though i didn't have the option to bet or check.

Agree the lag is terrible right now and takes forever for a table to load. Can someone inform me on how to get it to mini view as it is not an option in "Windows Options" and you can manually re-size the tables, but the cards are super small compared to big like in mini view.

Requesting a fun step ticket results in being taken to a page that says "internal server error" on black chip. I see fun step 1's running, so is this just me?

also, filter for play money sng's needs to be fixed so that it doesn't automatically hide the fun steps. When they start working, searching through a list of in progress and finished tourneys will be a pain

You can change the "jump to" setting so that when you click on the right side of the slider it bumps the bet up one bb for each click.

Also, in the filter options, there is a filter for "Show Full Tables" but there should also definitely be a filter for "Hide Empty Tables".

I hate not having a slider bar. I usually open 3x BB in cash games. Before I could just click one time on the slider arrow and it would be 3x. Now I have to type in the amount

It is so tilting this lag. The other issue is why can't the ability to see the register button for sngs on the left in the lobby? Cannot find the mini view sorry.
