Check out some of the common RB affiliates and compare their deals and find one that you think is best. Make sure that they offer RakeChases and everything possible. Just take your time and compare deals. Also, make sure they are reputable, it will save you a major headache in the future, IMO.

Just sent $500 using WU...they said I couldn't use money in minutes and that it might take a day or so. Final charge was $512.

Wont do any good, or solve anything.

I have played on Carbon for years. There have been many times cash outs have been backed up and delayed. Tons of old threads in here to search and see. This affects all wallets, checks, and both US players and non. Merge is a small network.

Since April 15th, there have been a HUGE increase of new players, support is overloaded, and options have been diminished. It would be INSANE to not expect some delays right now.

This may even be the new normal going forward- who can tell? But I can tell you, that everyone has in the past been paid, even if it has taken a while.

Keep in mind how the big boys moved money so quickly. Id rather be patient than risk not playing on Merge at all, personally.

We all need to plan accordingly and expect delays. Yea, it sux. But it is what it is.

This is reality on US facing sites post 4-15.

re: *** Merge Network deposit/withdrawal discussion thread***

Trying to cashout with sportsbook.com on the merge network. They asked for documents, I sent them in. They told me "up to 72 hours". I asked again with a live rep who tells me "72 to 96 hours". I get another live rep a little bit later about another issue who tells me "up to a week."

Then I hear the rumor that Sportsbook.com is going to shut down to US players on May 1st without telling anyone. I ask the live rep if they are shutting down to US players. She says "that is not true." I respond by referencing the article I saw from gambling911. She then says they aren't doing that "at the moment." I ask her to clarify, reminding her that I wasn't going to deposit until a live rep told me all was good. She finally gives in, admitting she was lying and said yes, the story actually was true and that they are done with "new US customers" on May 1st.

When pressed about cashouts again.... "as soon as we can."

Scumbags.

According to your experience, how long would it take to process our withdrawals? 2 weeks? A month?

The worst I have seen it, was when they had to switch processors. Now take a deep breath- it was 6-8 weeks then. There was no black friday involved with that one.

There have been several 2-3 week delays in receiving funds.

Right now- I am not gonna even guess what we may be dealing with. Hope it all is sorted soon. I am not worried about getting my money though- just a matter of how soon they can fix the backlog.

LMAO...........Meijers even showed me in their computer that the MTCN they had is right....so either Carbon is blatantly lying to me about my WU deposit or...idk wtf is going on. I promise this only happens to me.

Like Alex said, the thing is it is very likely that Cashouts will be slow always moving forward. We now know how Stars and Tilt were able to process Cashouts fast. I for one would rather the remaining sites do it right and take a little less risk then to do it like Stars and Tilt and take a chance on more sites being indicted.

Again, like Alex said, we should make sure that we plan for these kinds of things moving forward so it causes less issues when there is a delay.

So now I guess I sit and wait for live support again....so that they can promise me one thing and meijers can promise me another.
