I would love to get some Euro and Canadian feedback.
This is useless- get better circles...anyone with valid Neteller or MB withdrawals?

Hey Raven, this is BootnTee. I have one thats been pending for over a week. FeltSTars uses the same cashier as Carbon and RPM, and reading their threads it seems that all merge skins are taking 2+ weeks to approve cashouts, then a while longer to send, which means the whole process of getting a check can be anywhere form 3-6 weeks! Hope this changes soon.

I did all this without being even asked to.

Haven't received a response in days.

Check has been pending for over three weeks.......might as well write it off at this point unless someone has actually been hearing back from their support recently.

you probably dont need to email them, just upload it into the poker client, thats what i did. Under PLayer Admin tab, then when the page opens, click on "file upload" on the left column under the support topic line, and upload a scanned picture of your ID/documents. this should automatically notify the poker site. hope that speeds up the process for you

Should I be canceling the WU request or will they be able to link it back up ... Support has been extremely slow to respond to my questions.

Thoughts?!
When I did my WU transfer I walked to a place about a block from my house. I then walked back and sat at my computer and the money was already cleared. It couldnt have been more than 7-8 minutes. This was on BCP.

I would also have to assume merge is growing at a rate they cannot handle right now. This is probably largely responsible for the delays. A month ago their support bragged everywhere about all emails be answered in a few hours. Now you dont see that written everywhere.

The withdraw issue may be far more serious and I dont really understand how the checks could be bouncing.

It's not like checks bouncing is something new to the poker business. There have always been occasional checks that bounced even before BF, which shows that it has always been possible to go after these processors. With the government cracking down more than ever, I wouldn't bank on getting good checks.

I know on Carbon, no one is hearing much of anything and they took live support away.

when i go to withdraw it comes up with this -

"Withdrawal Unsuccessful

Your Moneybookers withdrawal could not be submitted.
You do not have sufficient funds to submit this request."

but i definately do have sufficient funds...
