Re: *** Merge Network deposit/withdrawal discussion thread***

I just started playing on Sportsbook again this week after about a 6 month hiatus and I won a pretty good chunk of change. In the past I was able to use wire transfer to make withdrawls, took a few weeks but the money was instantly transferred to my bank account. Now when I go to cash out the only option available is check/gift card? Have any U.S. players had success with this method? I don't want my bank to refuse cashing my check or anything crazy like that. Any input would be great.

Idk about gift cards but deposit checks in atm and it works fine. Maybe don't post bank names?

notes: I am a US player. I'm not joking, this withdrawal took less than two days, and I am honestly floored since this is better than anything pre black friday I ever got, though I never played pre UIGA.

Also, my limits INCREASED this time from 600 to 900 max one time withdrawal, with a $4000 monthly limit. This is incredible as an American player right now, as I can consider playing again part time professionally within these parameters. My only worry is having issues with regular western union withdrawals... but they haven't as much as said a peep to me and this is my third large WU at the same place.

I highly recommend this skin to any US players. I can also recommend a great RakeBack deal that pays weekly.

I don't have this option on BCP to withdrawal. I only have the check option to withdrawal. If I deposit via WU, do you think I will get this option to withdrawal?

I requested a check on 4/22 from sportsbook, its still pending. Live Chatted with a rep from thier and he said it can take 8 weeks for a check to be in your hands from the time you withdrawl. I'm on week 6. As for gift cards, I have heard good and bad things but personally have no experience with them. Hope this helps.

Re: *** Merge Network deposit/withdrawal discussion thread***

Hello,
Here is my story of cashout from Club7Poker to Skrill ($3.1k)

I made a new account at Club7Poker, at the same time sent all verification documents required. I played about a month, and ordered my first cashout. It was pending 5 days, then Merge requested my documents. Which is strange, cuz I have already sent them all. OK, I sent all documents again, and after 3 days more they canceled my cashout with the reason "Verification not received", and it was after I sent documents twice.

After that I requested cashout once again, and sent documents third time along with the question "What is going on?" They excused, and said "Your documents including the verification form were uploaded immediately. We are in contact with the payment provider to solve your problem as soon as possible."

Well, it was 7 days ago, and my cashout is still pending verification.

When I ask Club7Poker support, when can I get my money, they say:

"We can’t release your disbursement manually, in fact that only the appropriate payment provider is allowed to do this."

Is it a natural behavior of Merge or should I be worried already?
Is it possible to contact with someone from Merge cashier to clarify that issue?

I'm only responding because I have seen something like this happen multiple times

What are the size(in MB or KB) of the documents you are submitting?

Thank you for your response. I just have noticed there was a limitation of 2MB. One of my files (scanned form) was 2.1MB. So I guess it was my mistake. But what about ETA of my cashout? Is there a possibility to find out when I can get it?

Well since they never received any of your documents just empty emails, you should probably submit the documents again and get verified before worrying about when you will receive your cashout.

You are not the first person nor will you be the last who makes the mistake of not reading the rules for submitting documents.

I'm glad to see cashouts happen before the split between revolution and merge. Makes me more confident in their ability to pay out.
