It was not only TheTruthSpeaks you were responding too. Yes he can be a bit abrasive at times, but still. Below are the 3 posts of yours before the one I had quoted.

Don't you think that's a bit of an overreaction? AFAIK UMW hasn't missed a payout--why would you assume you are the first after five business days?

You've been nervous since day one. How are these daily posts helping anyone?

I don't know about whether 5 days is the longest for UMW, but I've seen a variety of payout times ranging from almost instantly to a month or more in the year I've played on Carbon. I've never heard of anyone not getting paid, however. It seems to me the issue is "how long" at this point.

Here is where you say "sorry I was wrong". Or not.

It was very obvious that something smelled. I was lucky to run 30 BI below EV this month and did not have to worry about cashing out.

I wish you and everyone else that is stuck between a rock and a hard place the best.

anyone know the correct way to enter the name for WU online?

all they have is receivers first name and last name. RPM gave me first middle last...?
05-19-2011 , 12:48 AM
Ignore middle?
05-19-2011 , 12:50 AM
was thinking that, but wanted to know for sure before donating 500 to limbo with leonardo

also, site says the fee is 36$ for 500 deposit... i thought it was 12-22?
05-19-2011 , 12:52 AM
Well either the transaction will go through and you're fine or it will get rejected and not picked up. Odds of your money going into limbo are nil.
05-19-2011 , 12:54 AM
the cashout timeframe sucks...it takes them 3 weeks just to approve a cashout by check, but the checks do cash

Then they get paid and you don't hear from them again....a couple days later the cycle starts all over with a new crop of paranoid nits.

Feel free to keep making ignorant "Chicken Little" posts, however. That will no doubt be a helpful cash out experience that everyone wants to hear about.

Yeah, I got it.

Amazing that either one of you clowns would even show up in this thread again. I repeatedly said early on something was fishy and you two were there with your smart ass comments. Fools.

Yes waq I agree I can definitely be a little rough around the edges. It's just frustrating for me to see people popping off when they have no idea what they're talking about. I have no tolerance for ignorance which often shows through my posts.

Anyone that's been around the industry for long enough knows that when bank wires don't come within 48 hours of them being sent, then something is very wrong. Unfortunately people that have no clue are able to post their opinions which may mislead people or give them false hope, but, hey that's how message boards work.

Are you still waiting for it to be approved or are you just waiting on the physical check to come? I'm about to submit a check cashout soon since UMW is off

May I ask what state you are located in out of curiosity?

Wisconsin. I have always received poker checks a lot quicker then the rest of the poker community. I believe it's because a lot of the checks I get come from Canada.

Yeah, it turns out I was wrong. Why should I be sorry about that? I was posting based upon a year's worth of history on Carbon and my conclusions ten days ago were pretty reasonable at the time based upon the history of Carbon and UMW. And notice that at no time did fat-ass bother to take the time to answer my repeated questions.

I posted that I initiated a UMW withdrawal on 5/9 and would update as appropriate. I asked TheTruthSpeaks a polite question. Not only did he ignore me, he posts daily that the end of the world is coming but says absolutely nothing in terms of analysis nor does he answer my questions. He then accuses me of posting in a withdrawal thread without having a withdrawal issue--obviously not even bothering to read my posts. On top of it he calls me a shill.

His arrogance is obvious in his current posts and the bottom line is that he never bothered to answer my questions and posted worthless comments daily when he actually could have added more substantive knowledge to the thread. How does "I'm very worried" help anyone without elaboration?

Carbon Poker -> Moneybookers, Non-US, requested 18th, processed 19th. 22 hours altogether.

Get over yourself. The only thing you added to this thread was "I'm very nervous." I repeatedly asked you questions and you never answered but instead took the time to make smart-ass comments of your own and false allegations towards me. You may have been correct in smelling something fishy and unfortunately for both of us you were right. That's completely unrelated to the fact that you have been an arrogant douche in this thread.

Is UMW no longer a deposit option? Sorry, I've been out of the loop for a few.

Toast on Merge and now Cake. Still open on Bodog it seems.

Has anyone had success wiring money off Carbon? I've been e-mailing for two weeks now trying to set one up, but I've only received vague replies like "this request has been submitted to our withdrawal department" or "we'll look into this".

They're an ewallet and had stopped taking USA customers a long time ago.

I'm not sure if US customers with old accounts can still even use their service.

Thanks man, is this a good sign they are taking security measures to cover their asses or what? Bummer for me as this was my main deposit method.
