Thread would be much cleaner if it just looked like this when reporting a check was received:

I'm not gonna whine if you add a "processed" date and/or a "Fed Ex tracking number received" date in between. It's just cumbersome to scroll through hundreds of posts to see the same info. on the same request, when all I really want to know is how long it took from asking for the money to actually physically receiving it.

Excuse if this has already been posted and discussed. Don't have it in me to soft through a whole lot of posts. It's been nearly 8 weeks waiting on 5k frm Players Only. Tool a stand at 6 weeks, and decided I wasn't playing another hand there till I got my cash. Any other "fulltime" players waiting this long? Players Only has always been great up until the cashier change. Also someone told me, not sure if its true though that "PokerHost". Is fast and reliable. Any truth to this?

I have just started playing on poker host after being on carbon, then optimus as of recent.

Pokerhost has paid me in a day both times I requested (neteller). They certainly at this point are doing checks in well under a month to my buddies from the usa.

They also offer p2p when no other merge skins do. Also, they are a maximus participant.

I can vouch for this. I would add though that they do not offer checks to new players. Only WU and MG (for vig). The P2P rates are hard to put a figure on b/c the market is a tad illiquid, but I have purchased it at 0.9 (and am looking for more).

Again, that is not available to new customers. Only WU and MG are available to new clients. It takes time to earn the other, more exotic, options. But yes, withdrawals are fast.

I have played on Sportsbook for quite a while. The cash outs took 6 to 8 weeks and took the entire 8 weeks at times. But this change is not good for me it seems. I requested a cash out on March 1st. It is now May 8th nearly 10 weeks since. It has still not been processed yet. I just wish I could know, what would be the most time I will be waiting on that, March 1st. cash out. Thank you.

I faced an issue yesterday in a tournament on sportsbook.ag, and wanted to get some opinions on whether I'm in the right or wrong here.

I was playing in a $60 mtt on sportsbook.ag (merge) that had late registration. There were about 50 people in it. The tourny went super quick, to the point where with 40 min left on the late registration of 2 and half hours, we were almost at the final table. Then a couple of quick knockouts happened and we were down to the final, with 7 people left. I've played on most of the online sites out there and usually when it hits the final, the late registration is over.

Well, not this time. We played a few hands 7-handed, and a couple people buy in and all of a sudden we're back to two tables of 6 each. Some people get knocked out, back to 9 at the final. Rinse and repeat about 4-5 more times until late reg was over. I was in 2nd place (which was about $900) when we originally were down to 7, somehow ended up bubbling.

I called sportsbook asking to speak to someone in the poker department, and after a few attempts I got transferred. The gentlemen was very nice, and apologized to me profusely, telling me this shouldn't have happened, and it must have been a mistake. He returned my buy-in back to me and said he would try to get this fixed.

It was a rare situation, but one I find concerning because obviously it was an error in the coding of the website that it doesn't shut down once the final hits. I was angry for a bit, thinking it was nonsense how I would have at least made the money (which was $240 for 5th). What do you make of this?

Basically to mirror the ftp and stars cashout threads where posts are limited to

"Requested withdraw via X on X/XX
Approved X/XX
Received X/XX"

Should help shape public knowledge of the climate of transactions and not clutter up other threads. Also im under the assumption that all skins should mirror each other on the same network wrt deposits/withdrawals, if not i guess have multiple threads or state the skin you are using in your post.
I've been waiting for cash out since October 29. It is now May 23, 2013. Nothing but promises.

As dumb as it may seen, if that's how they structured the tourney/late reg, you do not have a complaint that is credible

I see that you posted the same thing in the Lock cashout thread. Do you have withdrawals pending from both sites, or did you just make a mistake and post this here thinking it was the Lock thread? AFAIK there's no one waiting that long on Merge.

No.

But it serves a valid spot in the market, and thus, for some players, is the best spot. For others, it is not.

Reaching a consensus on 2+2 would be impossible.

I just requested my first Western Union payout, and support has continually stated that it takes 48-72 business hours. Can anyone confirm how long these are taking to receive the WU mtcn?
06-10-2013 , 06:23 PM
I am writing this for help! I am extremely furious about what just happened:

I requested a payout this morning. Understand that over the past month I have periodically checked with support to ensure my account was all verified and everything was confirmed so that i could make a withdrawl if i ever needed to via WU. I was ALWAYS told that everything was all set and good to go.

A few hours after requesting the payout of 850.00 today I was called by "pokerhost support" saying he needed to confirm my information and reason for the request. After doing so he stated that he would be sending it over to the department needed to complete it and it would be done within 72 hours.

Shortly after, I was logged in to PokerHost and all of a sudden I was logged out...upon logging back in I get the message that my account was suspended for security reasons and to email riskmanagement. I immediately contacted live support who said they knew nothing and that the investigation can take 72 hours itself.

IS THIS THE SCAM SO THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY OUT??????

HELLLP!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE- I JUST GOT THIS RESPONSE:

"You have to understand that we are part of a poker network and according to them the account was disable due to issues with the other sites.
We have emailed the network administrators for further details and we are waiting on their reply as soon as we have a reply from them we are going to contact you back."

WHAT WHAT WHAT????? I have made deposits over the past few months and as a losing player, NEVER has my account been bothered or anything other then being told all is great...but just hours after requesting a payout, NOW im under investigation from a "network of other sites"?????

Is anyone here from Merge to help and face the music for this total SCAM?????
