Very true. I wanted to transfer some funds on my PokerHost account to my bf's account and they explicitly told me it takes 3 weeks before he could play with it. Email a Merge support to find out.

I wasn't able to transfer for three weeks as well. So this is true.

4/25 - Successful deposit to Carbon via WU online
4/28 - Request withdrawal via check
*Go through necessary verification steps, talk to live support a few times*
5/9 - Contact Carbon live support to receive UMW invite, register within minutes. Cancel check request. Submit UMW withdrawal request.
5/10 - Withdrawal approved, money transferred to UMW.
5/11 - Bank withdrawal requested from UMW.
*Similar verification steps with UMW, used the same documents*
5/13 - Withdrawal confirmed, notified to receive within 3-5 business days.

And here we are.

OK so how are people requesting checks on 5/9 and getting them approved 3 days later when there are those of us waiting two weeks or more and still "pending approval"?

There's no such thing as a "simple check withdrawal" these days.

I didn't even deposit on merge. what's with the mixed results? lets work together and get this thing straightened out. is online poker dead or not? come on guys it can't be that hard (not like I'm trying myself lol). should we start a poll to see if merge is legit or some ****?

merge is legit from what ive seen (was worried for a while tho). they are just having trouble with a huge infux of players and needing a larger staff. i recently had 2 cashouts on separate skins approved so it seems stuff is moving.

i have seen the same thing happen to several different companies in several different fields. When you unexpectedly grow 60%+ in two weeks, this type of problem will happen.

Actually only semi-true, at least on RPM. If you ask Merge support how long before you are able to transfer funds, their form response is 3 weeks from first successful deposit. I personally had my transfers turned on (I was very persistent) after 16 days.

Funds received from transfers are playable upon receipt. Although they are unavailable for withdraw for x amount of days. I received a small initial transfer that was clear for withdrawal in 4 days. Obviously any monies won over initial transfer amount are available for immediate withdrawal.

I'm not sure about transferring transferred monies. In my personal experience, transfers have been near instant (under 1k). I am in U.S.

I've only been on Merge like 8 days now and I'm really enjoying it. I do plan to make a withdrawal pretty soon if the guys in here who have made UMW withdrawals get their money okay and what not. I've heard a rumor that Merge skins require you to verify your account before you make withdrawals and transfers. Is this true? Also sounds like a safe bet getting that taken care of before it's time to withdraw?

Yes, it would be wise to verify your identification first. They include basic instructions in your Player Admin. You'll need some form of personal identification as well as a utility bill/bank statement. Carbon recommends that you upload images with their upload utility (also found in Player Admin).

What if i have recently moved and won't have any utilites in my name at my current address, how can i verify to receive checks?

actually asked this question, as i have been verified at my current address, but plan to move next month to another state. They stated that you will need a bill/something to confirm ur address in order for them to be able to change it for you to recieve a check

Ah, ok so just any bill not strictly a utility bill. That was my main concern since you can provide a cell phone bill or something of the same avenue.

In Vegas - on Carbon.

WU $1k deposit went quickly on 4/20 - was playing within 20 minutes. Bonus was very messed up, but doesn't matter much as bonus is ended with first withdrawal request/merge bonus a major scam anyways.

Pre-verified account with Carbon in Late April. Took a couple days.

First withdrawal check requested for 1k on 5/5, no word by 5/7, I canceled and upped the amount to max - 2.5k for checks. No word by 5/9. I canceled based on other feedback from people waiting forever on checks.

Around 5/9 maybe 5/10 - Signed up to UMW, made small deposit, verified UMW account (took digital picture of license and water utility bill, also sent physical mailing address of bank along with routing and account numbers through email to support) - UMW customer service was excellent (used to dealing with FTP CS and Merge CS - UMW is world class compared to those 2).

Requested, UMW cashout from merge 5/11 - expedited through my VIP merge rep 5/12, approved and went straight through that day. UMW confirmed sent wire out on 5/13, emailed saying 3-5 business days and funds in my account.

Received money 5/16! It's my birthday and I have received my first "paycheck" since Black Friday!
