I understand your frustration but the rules have changed since Black Friday. Merge wasn't on the level of FTP,PS or much less UB/AP when it comes to cashing out quickly. Hell, I remember how a few of us bitched up a storm on 2+2 when PS was running a few days late on checks even though they had a proven track record of fast cashouts until then. Once things were back to normal we were all happy again. Even the best have issues at times but we still complain anyways....

The truth is this: we are at an uncertain time with online poker in the U.S. and I know we are all looking for some type of security with playing AND getting our money and the truth is until poker is regulated, we will still be on pins and needles playing in the U.S. I think Merge is doing the best they can under the circumstances and I feel pretty confident they are trying to find a resolution for getting our money to us as fast and safe as possible.

Until then all of us need to keep hammering our state reps as well as the DoJ and anyone who will listen to regulate online poker. We cant stop fighting. I don't know about any of you but I damn sure fed up of how online poker is right now and I want to play without worry or hassle.

Im Euro and requested my first withdrawal to MB on April 15. I had to verify my account, but I had all the documents ready and sent it back as soon as I got the verification request. So yeah, closing in on a month now to get my money out. this is crazy, like the other guy said, if all these merge skins are using the same payment processor, how is it that carbon and lock are 10 x faster at producing cashouts compared to rpm/gr88/overbet/blackchip/sportsbook etc.

For now it is only playersonly that does it. Sportsbook.com, which uses the same processor does not offer it. I have requested to Hero Poker CEO if it could be a possibility so hopefully he can bring this up. I'd have no issue spending the money in 20 days.

It wasn't an option, they just decided to do it on a whim. I don't know if asking them would make a difference as they have some of the worst support around. But to my knowledge it is only on playersonly.

You should remove the other name of the UMW site for obvious reasons.
And, In another thread someone said UMW is saying that bank holidays in their foreign land may be the cause of the delays. And i'm not sure what you mean by the sites being "gone". It was down, then up, then down, now up again... but it's definitely not gone right now.

Yes there is at least 4 of us on the various threads who were processed for cash out by UMW on 5/6 and still have not received our funds. They are claiming a national holiday in a country is the cause, and their bank department will be in contact with us on Monday. Sounds super shady but keeping my fingers crossed.

FWIW as I noted earlier my cashout via check from Carbon got approved yesterday. Then today they sent me a request to sign up for a UMW account to deposit through there and get a 10% instant bonus. So I doubt that they would be sending out unrequested links to people to sign up for UMW if they knew they were having problems with UMW.

I'm having trouble depositing on Usemywallet.

I set up the account early this morning and just made a $50 deposit with my debit card to make sure it worked. No problems at all. Just now, I tried to deposit the 500 max and it keeps getting declined. Tried 400/300 still declined. Even tried a different card (cc that I regularly use for international transactions) with no luck. Maybe the problem is on the site's end?

The site says I have to have an account for 30 days before I can use ACH transfers to deposit. Does this 30 day restriction still apply if I upgrade to Silver and send them the scanned id/utility bill?

Also, does anyone have any idea if my banks (____ of America and _____ Fargo) are blocking this as some sort of anti-gambling thing, or is it just a fraud alert I can clear up with a phone call?

The problem with trading money on Merge sites is hat you cant touch the transfered money for 3 weeks. Atleast that is PokerHost explained to me.

That's a long time when there is definitely a greater than 0 chance I might not be able to even play on the site 3 weeks from any given day.
