i cant decide if depositing on merge is lighting money on fire or if merge regs dont want more regs on there

22 days and still pending approval for cash checkout, umw is a joke too

Can somone help me with my WU deposit? I tried depositing and followed all steps correctly and a woman named Amy from support told me that it would be credited soon. That was two days ago. She also told me after submitting my MTCN that it should credit it in 15-60 minutes. And still no money has appeared in my account. I have tried contacting support numerous times but no answer and it has become very frustrating. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated

i honestly have the impression that money does not come off the Merge network. somebody tell me i'm wrong.

yeah ive been starting to think this. i dont really see much purpose in grinding if i cant ever get my monies.

are all merge skins equally slow w/cashouts?

is bank wire an option for withdrawing from any of the Merge skins?

I went through about the first 30 posts on the last page and found all of these. I'm sure theres plenty more. So yeah, you're wrong.

Pretty much I'm not going to freak until after Friday, and if that happens then I do believe we will have a issue

pretty sure not all of those r usa players and processed is not the same as received. nonetheless, thats some good info

I've played there for 2 years and have done many withdraws in the US. The withdraws are sometimes slow for US players. I would estimate that 80% of the time they were very quick (check within a week of request), the rest of the time it took a few weeks. About 18 months ago it took 2 months. Luckily I'm outside the US now and don't have to use checks.

BUt I've always gotten my money and I've yet to hear of anyone who didn't.

Imo, the slow cashouts are largely a result of their caution and they didn't take the chances that FT/Stars/US took to insure fast cashouts. As a result they are still operating.

Additionally, they've doubled in size. That increase in volume is going to tax their resources.

I'd rather not see a lot of pro grinders on the site, so I don't know why I'm posting this. I guess I'm annoyed at the high expectation level/lack of patience w/ the one decent site for Americans to play on.

Why are cashouts taking so long? It's kind of worrisome that we don't even get an email or anything - just "pending approval"

I requested check over 2 weeks ago and it looked like I wasn't going to get it so I got a UseMyWallet account and tried to withdrawal 2 days ago and it is still pending approval even though everyone on here is saying UMW cashouts appear in a day or less. I can understand if they don't have a processor but cashing out to UMW shouldn't have that problem.

Also, live support has been down for 2-3 days and I take that as a bad sign.

Was thinking the same thing lastnight about Live Support being "busy" for days, is it possible that they are located overseas and it is a holiday (banking holiday) and deposits are being delayed?

I actually talked to live support yesterday you just have to check every few hours and they will be available at sometime.

If our withdrawals do not hit tomorrow I think it's safe to say UMW does not pay..........

23 days after requesting a check, still "pending approval"... will never play on gr88 poker or merge network again.

This is making me very nervous it has now been 5 business days and nothing in bank account.

Received my debit card from playersonly today. I have to call a number to activate it. The rules were standard except for this one:

"Your card remains valid for 20 days from activation"

Don't you think that's a bit of an overreaction? AFAIK UMW hasn't missed a payout--why would you assume you are the first after five business days?

You've been nervous since day one. How are these daily posts helping anyone?

IS there a transfer option on MERGE?

Well i was not sure they had never missed a payout, so I like to hear that. Support informs me the money will be there tomorrow (the 5th full business day), so after tomorrow i may have different opinions.

Has it ever taken UMW longer that 5 business days to pay anyone?
