Is it possible that people could focus this thread the way the old Stars/FTP cash out threads were? Getting money from the site is more important than deposits imho. We have to know that the site pays all of its customers. Could people post:

Update to my post:
On way home last night stopped at my local Von's where I know the bankers and tried again to make the deposit. She hesitated when the name was shown, but let it try. It went through as fast as **** through a small dog.

After it went through, I talked to her for a bit. She was willing to tell me that WU knows all us degenerates are doing this and are trying to be careful. My account was flagged due to 2 previously cancelled attempts but if you do it right the first time, it will work.

The reason for not using online is the amount of info they want. I prefer cash even though I agree I still have to give them my ID and phone numbers when I do the deposit on site. I am very guarded with my bank info because I've had an issue in the past.

So I'm playing and while I don't love the Carbon skin (I should have looked around a bit more) they did a good job of manually updating my account to get the deposit bonus as the UPTO600 code wouldn't work. The rakeback is site direct for me and I know you can do better but for the low amount I put in right now, I'll roll along with this as a test case and if all goes well, probably move to a different skin and sign up with the most best rewards.

BTW, the store that told me WU was down wasn't lying. They did suffer a server issue yesterday. However, the WU rep who denied my deposit did let WU know I was sending this to a gambling site. I think many WU agents are starting to recognize the pattern of where its going and how consistent the amounts will probably be.

I'm just going to play around with it for awhile but last night, I realized how much I missed Rush. The games were very slow. Also, the 3 games I sat in were a bit tougher than expected with many players rating around 15/12/2.5 or so. Small sample size but I didn't see one 40/6 type in the 400 hands I played. And this was at 10NL where the fishies live and breed.

I know that is of import but the thread also deals with deposits and the issues people are having. Many US players are headed to Merge (a rep told me they are getting close to 10k new players a week) so this information is handy for them. I'm new here as a poster and the reason is that I needed help with my deposit issue. Where would have been a better thread?

i requested 4/30(saturday)
it was pending with no response until tuesday. then i got the email that i need to verify my id and stuff. sent the documents in yesterday. havent had a response yet. trying to withdraw $2500 by check.

FeltStars Poker - USA resident (same cashier as Carbon, etc)
4-24 Requested cashout via UMW (im a 2/4-5/10 reg, so substantial cashout)
4-26 Cashout processed and received in my UMW account
4-26 Requested transfer from UMW to bank
5-2 Wire Transfer received and available for withdrawal in my bank

So entire process took about 9 days, and that's including initiating the request on Easter Sunday, so it could even be quicker!

it seems to me that merge needs more people on their staff if they want a chance of becoming one of the next big sites, it took them 6 days to verify my ID docs and not until I went on live support and asked wtf is up then its been 5 days since I requested my cashout and I have not even heard anything them saying theres a delay, all I keep getting is please allow 72 hours and its been over that

Cashouts are defintely an issue that they need to address but from what I've heard they were slow even prior to 4/15. Everyone gets paid in due time but the reps are giving a lot of mis-information and players are paranoid about getting their money after what happened to Tilt and Stars. I'm sure reps are just reading out of a manual when they say it will take 72 hours to get a check. In reality they are overwhelmed with the influx of new players and are very backed up. I imagine that once their growth levels off a bit you will see things get better. It is in their best interest to do so because IMO this site has the opportunity to explode.

i made a UMW account today and put in $200. i made my UWM account on bodog with intentions of playing on carbon because carbon was taking far too long to email me an invitation for UMW. anyways ive tried to deposit but after i fill out the UMW form and click deposit itll process then just restart the page with my account # blank

anybody have this problem or know how to fix it?

Carbon: got my account verified, cancelled my withdraw from 4/30 yesterday and requested a new one on 5/4 to my UMW account. It was processed today good stuff

Yes, I had to provide ID and Utility Bill for verification for a withdrawal with UMW. This was needed even though my only deposit was also thru UMW.

I made a Visa debit-card deposit on the Merge Network. My online debit card transaction history says that the card was accepted, but as of yet there is no money in my poker account. How long does it usually take to show up in my "real money" account? Thanks.
