Good afternoon .I play on the Ipoker network operated by Playtech . Over recent years I have put up with tournament lobbies not working , games not starting and more than a hint of customer unfriendliness and a poor attitude towards winning players .
However now I have had enough . Software and en masse server crashes are too frequent here at Ipoker but worse , far worse is how they are dealt with;
A couple of Sundays ago when all the flagship mtts are running , there's a server crash .However after an hour when we return to the tables one skin has been able to log back in 15 minutes earlier than anyone else . My chip lead in the highlow has become 5bb and my huge stack in the Sunday prime is now gone .One player now has 70% chips in play .The same is true in many games even in flagship games like the 150k the sunday warm up and all mtts have been affected . Despite being fully aware of the problems are the games canceled or paused ? No .Are players allowed to keep registering for games that are 100% going to crash during that period .Yes .
If you play on this network you are also should be aware of the following;
1. The skin such as Boyle or William Hill and its associated live support have no powers or authority to deal with any problems or resolve any issues in any way what so ever .All they can do is contact Ipoker by email and wait for a response .That is it .That is Ipokers written policy !!!!!No phone calls can be made and I the customer cannot ring Ipoker or even email them ( their email link on their one and only online page has been permanently down for as long as I can remember and is at the time of writing ). So when as happened this Tuesday my table is not being dealt any cards for an hour whilst other tables in the same mtt are running normally , nothing happens .Games are never paused or canceled and my skin did not even receive a response about the problem til the following day.
2. Because Ipoker operate on a pure greed policy , even when they are both aware and have acknowledged a network wide server problem they always allow players to continue to register for and participate in both mtts and cash games that they know will crash.When half the field is not being dealt any cards through no fault of their own , how can Ipoker simply allow the game to continue?On both pokerstars and 888 games are paused as a matter of course when they are aware of issues . How can it be right for this to happen?
3. In the current climate where skins are closing such as blackbelt poker this week you would think that Ipoker would listen to complaints and criticisms and adjust both their procedures and customer care policies accordingly.
Since the software crashes and complaints I and others have made I have received no refunds , no apologies , no reasons and no reassurances about the future.
I apologise for my long winded post but am happy to have vented my anger. I was spending around a 1000e a week on buyins here but no more Rip Ipoker you have gone too far .I do not understand how they can simply be allowed to continue in this fashion seemingly exempt from codes of practice they are surely breaking.Rant over , thanks for reading

Not to be difficult but your post count may label you as a newbie, but your join date implies otherwise.

I remember playing tournament on iPoker, it was something like $11 rebuy 8k guaranteed back in the time(probably a year or so ago) and when I got to headsup, I had like 4 to 1 chiplead, and then got disconnected, and it wouldn't let me connect, it definitely wasn't my internet, since I played same time in other rooms also, long story short, my 4 to 1 chiplead was ruined when it finally let me on, I had less than the other guy, but only thing why I couldn't be bothered complaining over it is because I managed to win and like we all know, if I even write to them, I will get some stupid answer, worst network really.

As European I have finally come to the conclusion that stars or winimax are the only sites worth playing on these days . Everything else just so backward absolutely no point .

U are right but stars and winimax do not have such many good games (poor players) as the rest of them, lets say italian sites.
