Just leave this paper attached to check when you hand it to them so they could read out for themselves. If they still ask you to say it was from commissions.

that's what I do they only asked me once and I haven't asked me again over a half doesn't check now and I'm signing them over to my girlfriend it's not even my bank. they just wait for it to clear before they give me anything.

sometimes if I need a hundred or two of front they give it to me but usually don't even ask and just tell them just Depo it and I'll let it clear before I pull Any out.
and unless you're not paying taxes on X amount that you make per year I really don't believe it's illegal for any of us to be playing.

what's legal for the site to give us is another story but I do believe what we're doing is legal. (assuming you're staying up-to-date with Tax stuff)

No evidence, Kahn. Just a suggestion from my accountant. I know the IRS tracks deposits of 10k or greater...its a law. It's possible these checks will always stay under the radar but I'd prefer not to take that chance.

It doesn't matter if you are depositing 10k or 1k into your bank account. You still owe taxes on it. While smaller amounts may not get reported to the IRS you are leaving a very obvious paper trail, and if you happen to get audited you will be royally ****ed.

In other news can I get my ****ing money from February now! Reading back through this thread it appears one person said they got a check processed 4/30, and other than that no one has had a check processed since 4/23?

I have evidence of checks going on May 2nd and I've posted that in this thread as well as the Carbon thread.

Also, yes, everyone should be reporting and paying taxes.

Did they had financial problems? Or they just got bought?

They were breaking Merge rules that have gotten numerous other skins kicked off of Merge. They were in the crosshairs IMHO. They also, very likely, had terrible margins based on what I know of their business model.

US Player on Sportsbook. Requested cashout 8 weeks ago. Spoke to "live chat" person today. She could not give me a timeframe . Said she was sorry for the delays and that they were working hard to rectify it.

Will update when withdrawal goes to 'processed". Oh well, they're still not as bad as Juicy (yet). I waited 4 months for that check.

I guess the point of my post is to assure everyone that it takes a long time, but just be patient and you will receive your funds. Also, don't tilt away funds just because it is taking a long time.

Got 3 more pending, at least this is a start lol.

1) Give it a few business days before contacting them again.
2) Make sure your request has come from the email address registered with your Optimus account.
3) Your unspent VIP points and MTT tickets are lost. Those were liabilities of the operator, in this case, Optimus Poker. You can always try contacting them for compensation for those things, but the odds are very slim.
