That's where we are at right now for U.S. players. Hopefully they fix this issue soon

Perhaps it was also because of your incompetence for choosing to rely on a money source that was clearly unreliable?

Maybe dont do that anymore. As a US player you should understand these situations can occur. You can wake up tomorrow and have your whole bankroll on a site stolen.

I got question kahn should I be worried I play carbon. it looks like sportsbook jazzette has fenced there players off from carbon , and there cash outs to carbon players are now getting longer and slower yet we play on there sportsbook and casino. I feel theres a rift and they may hold up are cash outs due to this . what do you think . I mean it suxs cash out carbon when they pay us there and carbon has no response for us because its there cashier any thoughts thanx

Whatever order the cashouts come in, they go out the same way for U.S. players whether carbon, SB or PO

I'm not going to say that I have nothing but good things to say about Carbon, but they've paid me a lot of money over the last six months.

I hit my first str8 flush in Caribbean Stud Poker in October 2012. My first $2500 check took about seven weeks. I've been getting a steady stream of checks since then. (in part, because i hit another str8 flush in December and a third in May 2013)

I'm not going to look up the exact amount, but they've sent me well over 20k since my first check in late November. I know it's not ideal to get paid $5k each month for a large jackpot but now that I've been getting paid for a while, I think Carbon is operating within the current system of US laws the best they can. (my accountant told me every deposit over 10k is reported to the IRS....that would not be good at all for me)

My point is....Carbon sends checks to US players. Its six to eight weeks and you won't get more than 3 checks of $2500 a month. But they do send them. And on the occasion where I have had a problem with delivery of the checks, they have been very responsive.

Problem is that it's not 6-8 weeks anymore. Many of us are currently at 11-12 weeks. They blamed it on a processor issue and say that it has since been fixed. We will see.

If no checks go out this week I for one will become extremely worried. And since there is no p2p transfer our money is literally stuck.

My last intertops check was 3 days, and my last bovada check was just under 2 weeks.

So yeah...10 weeks is ridiculous!

Also, if it was just slow cashouts it would suck but be understandable, but its not.

At the same time people are waiting almost 3 months for checks, they have decided the service they are providing is worth more than almost every poker site in the world, as they have eliminated straight RB and jacked up the rake to an almost France like schedule. At least in France poker sites have the excuse of having to pay a government that overreached in writing their gaming bills with regards to rake. Merges only excuse is their incompetence and their willingness to make the players pay the price for that incompetence.

I have been very lenient with merge as I think overall they have been pretty good. I finally hit the 2 month mark and am starting to get annoyed. They did message me like a week ago (probably more) and said sorry for the delay. I still have all my faith in merge that they will get this turned around. Sucked it was 3-4 weeks and then my skin joined the new cashier and now it is soooo slow when it was supposed to be faster. Guess it is all a process

So I posted something about a funny looking check that looked like I printed it off myself a while back, and I was told by both customer support and people on here to just deposit it.

I went in today to change my pin and apparently the check has some special hold that the manager/supervisor said is really rare which obv raised some red flags. I got taken aside and was asked what the check was for and I told them what the site told me to tell them. They printed off the check and commented how funny it looked, said it looked really fishy etc (just like I said) and then proceeded to call some people. The manager was like standing over me in the booth asking questions and commenting on how she wanted to see what this check was about all while the drone behind the computer was trying to reach someone. Thankfully they couldn't reach anyone and I said I couldn't wait any longer (25 mins of waiting) and had to be back at work. I have a feeling this won't go away and i'm going to be asked some more questions.

Am I obligated to tell them who I "work" for? Is it against the law for me to blatently lie to them? What happens if they find out it's from gambling? Do they just close my account? They can't hold the money in the account, can they? Do they notify other banks of my shady activity? What are my options? It was obv a max check.

This is fkn ridiculous, it's online poker, i'm not running a fkn kiddie porn site or selling drugs or involved in prostitution. And yet the fkn great us of a deems it a sin, its just ridiculous.

yeah break this new cashier is pathetic let us move our rolls to host or oddsmaker if you can't pay us like you used to

I am STILL waiting on my cash out withdraw from back on March 1st. It is now May 6th and it has net even been processed yet. Does the change have anything to do with the delay?. 6 to 8 weeks seems like more than enough time for a withdraw. Geeze !!!

I've had this happen to me, too. It's not the government...its the bank + a check that came from another country. My bank now releases the hold in about a day but the first couple were held for a week or more.

If you have the luxury, cash the check don't deposit the check. May save you from a very unwelcome audit later on.

You have evidence of people being audited for depositing online poker checks? Because I do not. And I talk to a lot of people... and read even more....
